He spoke nothing but facts, I remember coming up in Chicago that it use to be black own gas stations, black owned beauty supply stores, black own grocery stores, black owned nail shops, black clothing store!!! What I was referring to inadvertently was the “disconnection” our people have with the pain & suffering our ancestors had to endure only for a lot of Us (African Americans) not to acknowledge them.
