That's one big carving and a big work bed. The path of the tool to remove excess stock was very good, and I love the idea of using the leftover wood frame to make the shipping crate.
At 7:14 you can see how precise it is, drill bit cut diagonal but...there is no diagonal lines/burr can be seen, probably visible only on close inspection. I think the cnc error margin is in millimeters.
Hello! your works are very well done! I'm from Brazil and I started to follow your work a little while ago and wanted to know about the files you use, are they available on any site?
Impressive and very lovely design; And 'CNC machines' done it an awesome job:) ... (Who was; Drawing first one in history (?). Also thanks for video. From, ANTALYA/TURKEY.
That is some astonishing 3D carving done by a CNC. What kind of tolerance and accuracy does your CNC have? How long did it took for it to finish carving by the CNC? How big is your CNC bed?
Head will cost 400-700usd. But shipping will cost unreally expensive. Maybe shipping will cost 2000usd. Bit if you will buy full container -shipping will cost 3000usd
