Since i stumbled on your content one day and became addicted ,my groceries budget has reduced almost in half.I used to buy when the need arises and also had no meal plans.Now i cook with a monthly plan.

Thank you so much Su,I love watching you channel. Am so much in love with the cleaning. I have joined you in the cleaning of the house and this has really helped me alot. My house is ever clean at all times. I am a mother of 4,three girls and one boy. The first and second are big girls at universities and the other two are at boarding school. Your cleaning remaind me of my late mother,i used to think that she was torturing by teaching me how to do house cleaning with all your strength. But this is so rewarding to me now and watching your channel has made me to love doing the cleaning in my house. I have adapted this cleaning even at my office. I love peas!!! Almost put it in my tea! Lol na Mimi ni mjaluo! Lol. parsley is totally different from dhania like east and west. Both smell and, taste. Mozzarella is very stringy. The one you see in pizza commercials where they pull it to heaven. It goes with pasta dishes coz pasta and pizza are Italian and that cheese is what they use them for. But cheddar will work great too. Better in my opinion coz cheddar is my number one🤷....but why would you make us so hungry?! Lol

I do weekly meal preps for a family of 4 every Sunday and I just might attempt a monthly prep at least for some dishes especially because I’m looking at the possibility of a busy (but exciting) 2022

For salad next time you can try thinly cut cabbage, grated carrots, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, squeeze in some fresh lemon juice, add a bit of mayonnaise

I like that you try new recipes and rotate your dishes, for the batch cooking. This makes it exciting for you to cook and the family to consume. 😋 Wasn’t sure if you were going for a eggless beef patty or not but most recipes call for an egg to help bind the mince.

Suuuuuzy, haki you make me feel like shooting myself because I feel so lazy doing all this work. But it is worth it , I have tried batch cooking a few times and it works perfectly well. Wow! Ideas! Ideas! Ideas! Amazing as usual Suzy! 🤗👏👏Just on time when I am cooking cowpeas. I like using red onions instead of white....a little pricey here but makes a difference in the taste and probably nutrition value...🤷‍♀️ I put garlic and ginger on everything except green veggies like spinach, cabbages.... talk about addiction. .😂 And the garden!!! leaf parsley is an Italian herb used well in Italian and mediterranean dishes and serves well as a salad dressing. It sprouts easily like coriander - include it in you garden, I am certain you will love it esp as a salad dressing and with boiled potatoes.
