We are using Idlewild for all of my younger children as their main curriculum. They adore it! Recently added Around the World With Picture Books a couple of days a week as well!
Ashley from glowbody fitness is awesome she has a postpartum program for weight loss and correcting your diastasis recti. She is also on RU-vid. Probably need to do more than walking and calculating your macros. I wouldn't do just meat and veggies. You need the right macros for your age and weight. Eating whole foods with strength training will help you drop fat faster.
