Going on a vacation with a large family is a huge, over whelming task. But the memories we create and will cherish forever is worth all the work and prep that goes into a large family vacation!
Today's Vlog shows our road trip home from Tennessee back to Florida. Traveling for a road trip is a lot with a large family and it means many stops for the bathroom! LOL! On our road trip home we also stopped at Sliding Rock in North Carolina.

I have been to North Carolina probably 25 times (my grandpa lived there) and I'd never heard of Sliding Rock! LOL That looks so fun! Too bad it was closed! But glad you went down anyway!...we would have too!! ---That's what's wonderful about our camper!....the bathroom!

We just moved to Tennessee from Pennsylvania. Guess what no pottys open or gas stations! We went at night less traffic less construction ... but 100 some miles later we found open gas station... just say my kids went potty but not in bathroom cause we even by 9am we hunt down Walmart to go potty ... You know kids they can go without eat and drinking for 6 hrs and when you put them in a car and drive that when they have to go...sliding rock looks fun..might have to try that...

Awe, going home day! I’m so glad you enjoyed yourselves! Always so lovely to see your happy beautiful face! Always so hard to have no coffee! Starbucks is crazy high! I agree! We mostly buy their coffee and do it at home. (Obviously you cant when you’re on the road) Crazy so many places won’t let you go to the bathroom. Ugh! Dropped Starbucks! I thought once to bar a child Raegan!

Thank you! Yes we never go to Starbucks! Nathan doesn’t drink coffee so for one person it’s not too bad but the kids have decided they like it. 😬 You have a Kennedy, right!? I love that name as well!

Sliding rock looks like so much fun! We’re thinking about going to Tennessee next week but not sure where to stay yet. I want to stay in something like you did but hubby wants to stay in a hotel in Pigeon Forge. It’s cheaper than staying in Gatlinburg and because all the go cart rides and attractions are right there. If you don’t care would you tell me the name of the cabin / house you guys stayed at? I want to stay there if I can get a cheap rate hubby might stay there. Fun! The house we rented was about 30 minutes from pigeon forge. It made it significantly cheaper. I tried to find it on VRBO but couldn’t. They had signs in the house that said it was with iTravel. I have the address and can DM that to you on IG. :)

I don't know how you did it without coffee for an hour or more haha. That's really not fair to not let you guys use the restroom or anyone at that. Sliding Rock looked like so much fun! How long of a drive was it home? Bug bites are awful lol

I don’t know how I lasted either! Lol! The bathroom situation was very frustrating! Especially pregnant! Lol! It took us a little over 9 hours to get there and close to 11 to get home bc we stopped for 1 1/2 in NC.
