The B-2500-DSB is our large bundling system for full enclosure. The system uses dual PE rolls to apply the film on the product and has an extra cradle position for back up rolls. Products up to 30" in diameter (larger can be made in custom systems) are fed in through the side infeed belt. A pusher places the roll through the cross seal where the sleeve is made around the roll. There it transports into the dual side seal bars where the ends get sealed and the scrap gets vacuumed away. The fully enclosed product exits and gets rotated 90 degree so it enters the tunnel narrow side leading. The heat tunnel then shrinks the bag and a cooling fan at the exit conveyor cools the film prior to exiting.
