For all the math you do in your head while playing the game to estimate the ore needed to complete the production queue, I would need a google spreadsheet. I think there is a tool online you can put blueprints into to get required mineral/ore totals, not that you would need it :) I like to mine from the cockpit too, but I added a mod that reduces the smoke and particulate while mining. Makes it safer and it would probably look better in the video since the video compression causes a lot of blocky artifacts.
