What is actually happening here:
All Chao Anger set to MAX using Chao Editor
Bully Chao Code enabled in Chao World Extended
All 24 chao in garden are dark chao (enhanced chao world allows 24 chao)
The bully chao code is slightly glitchy once you have multiple bully chao running around as you can see that the chao punches and kicks often hit multiple chao, even when they are not close to the bully that is attacking. This leads to a very chaotic experience (all chao were given donuts and pets after the massive fight)
I regularly stream Chao Garden, stop by a stream sometime! :)
