Looks like Mark the 45 king has to be credited for introducing sleight bells to Hip-hop in 88 (Microphone Fiend by Eric B. & Rakim), but you gotta credit Average White Band for the use of sleight bells as hi-hats, as they were sampled by both 45 and LP.

Diddddumm all he said was mr c's name...but if you know mr c's story and c was canes dj so most likely they were there together..that was just my quick 2+2 and they all was like trippen on it ..funny either way...and really not important but kanes image is otherwise but really today its pointless..."the sexuality part" on the mic kane was a beast and the music was dope all that gay shit being some big deal is tired...who cares..
