I've got the steel eagle 30 inch i've had it for 15 years it's a game changer. Very maintenance free I run it off an 8 gallon per minute gS X800 and it's a beast. That's a nice machine you got there cheers
@TheFreshRinse just saying, maybe run through whatever area with a good soak, set up the sprinkler/drip line and let it do the work for you. Obviously it'd cut down a little on your supply to your buffer tank but would beat swapping back and forth all the time and also cut down on running your P.W. constantly.
Glad I was in a position to be able to bless you brother and your journey 🏆 ITS PEOPLE OVER PROFITS 🤝 and the rest falls in line! GOD AND FAMILY 10 GPM BEAST OF A MACHINE 💪 IS 🔥 🫡
@@TheFreshRinse Hmm not sure.. every video will only let me see it at like 380p and 480p and others channels it’s perfectly fine watching them at 1080p.
@@TheFreshRinse welp just clicked on the video again and it’s giving me the 1080p option now hahaha not sure what that was, sorry about that brother!! 🙏🏽
One more question - love the channel by the way - what size iPad set up in your truck and what system are you using for that and clients and your reminder list - I am 55 and need that reminder list :)
A true professional. I love the to do list on your tablet in the truck. Just curious, what was your reasoning for not wanting to to the retaining wall you pointed at?
Mike, what did you charge for this clean? You did a lot and a breakdown of each would help us newbies get an idea of what you charged for each service.
hey mike which unloader are you using? I notice you dont get any kick when you hit the trigger. Nothing better than admiring our work when we are done. Its very gratifying!
Thank you. Pre-treatment seems to loose the contaminants a bit, making it easier to surface clean. Post-treatment cleans up any lines on the concrete that the surface cleaner left behind.
Looks great brother. As life changing is that 10 GPM, you need to add you P40 Gas roof pump with the high flow proportioner. Throw in a framer tip on that thing and you will fly on roof cleaning. I want that ad you running
Another great one Mike! I’m in talks Barry on a machine but trying to decide between an 8 gpm or 10 gpm. I was wondering what you prefer on a daily basis? Also, Joe would’ve had it done in 4 hrs flat….🤣 Thanks brother!
New to the game here, when cleaning brick on a house what strenght mix do you use & do you have to go back and hit it with any pressure? Or will the sh clean it enough that itll rinse off when going back to rinse?
@@TheFreshRinse it's a good idea from what I see for some of those extra Specialty Chemicals. heck it's the primary reason why I like IBC totes. I'll put a lot of signage on them but I also attached a lot of my equipment to the sides of them. Do you plan on selling in the future if not would you be willing to make a short video about them so do those of us that are capable replicated for our own use.
When it’s rinsing, it’s not in bypass’s. It’s only in bypass when you are IFF the trigger. It goes into bypass mode, thus cooling the pump. Which is good for the pump.
@@rich2209 I have 4 non-pays from this year. I have sent at least one text/email with invoice. I will now send a letter via snail mail with invoice. I will then result to violence!
Have I offended you in some way? If so, I truly apologize. Yes, I always pre and post rinse. I also carry SH neutralizer on the truck. I really appreciate you watching. If you would rather I change the way I say things, let me know. I’ll certainly consider it.
Houses only have the potential to only put 2.5 gpm out. A reserved tank with about 3k lb of stored water wouldn't do that job. And u would have to cut that bill in half just to pay for all the water u r using up
I agree. Here in Utah on city water. It costs $25.50 on a 3/4 or 5/8th meter, that's the connection fee. It's more for larger service.. Tier 1 (.5 acres) 0-65k gallons a month is $1.38 per 1k gallons. It then goes to $1.46 per 1k gallon using more than 65k but less than 115k gallons. It goes up more but what are we doing at this point? Since this home has a larger yard, they would be on Tier 2, meaning they could use 0-120k gallons at $1.38 per 1k gallons. So 10 gpm machine (which he didn't use during the entire job) we will say he did for argument.. 10gpm x 60 min x 5.5 hours is 3.63k gallons. 3.63 x $1.38 = $5 5 bucks.
Cut the bill in half. 😂 idk what he charged but guessing 2kish. Even if more or less. For argument.. Even if he changed $500 or $5000. You're saying he should charge half for around $5 in water. 😮
