Large update of The Symmetry Grid Fractal Explorer 

Here you can see the latest progress of this program. I managed to combine the speed of a fast version with the high amount of flexibility of the standard version. I also added a few more options. The result can be seen here. The calculation speed of this is absolutely identical of the maximum optimized version because i used a simple cheap trick in the code. I used one python function for each of the fractal function combinations. It fattened up the code pretty well but the only one seeing it are usually me and maybe a few other programmers. The user will only see the resulting speed.
The program is available as freeware. It does not require to be installed. You can just run it on Windows PCs. You can get the directly executable *.exe and the source code file (*.py) here: fractalforums.... (By the way, this is a really good forum about fractals)
I wanted to explore the shown fractal properly since quite a long time. But my old software has not been very efficient. But in the last week i learned how easy it is to program stuff in python and how easy it even becomes if ChatGPT helps with programming. ChatGPT and i did both probably 50 % of the coding work each.
