Hi, Quick question on a 2017 Camaro ss 1LE When changing brake pads do the rotors have to be changed as well or can they just make the cut on the rotors?

The rotors should be inspected during the brake change, they wear differently and you need to ensure there are no cracks or stress in the rotor, so the answer is, it depends, wish I could make a more clear statement!

What size tire can run after you move the harness?

It will have to do a bit with the wheel offset, but I believe anything up to a 335 you should be good

If you put 1LE tire set up front 285/30/20 and rear 305/30/20 on a 1SS non LE. Do you have to do this too????

Nope, you'll be completely fine! Just make sure to get the correct sidewall tire (30)

All 6th gens have the wiring harness in the same spot, I did not have to use spacers, but may run 2mm to play it safe with the 315's

This is un needed if you have a SS 1LE, you only have to re position it if you have a regular SS camaro

Really only depends on what wheel and tire size you choose to run, with the new wheel and tire set up I would of torn it apart for sure

When running 315's or above & tracking the car, the front of the tire actually hits and tears up the wiring harness in the stock location

But why you run with a bigger tires, you will lose some performance. For mine i did buy slightly smaller diameter and really it’s better performance. Good luck any way. 🍀 Waiting for the new 3500$ rims review.
