It's still cheaper then building from scratch. If this was a ground up home, depending on where u live, that house would be $400,000 or up. The house next to me is 2bedroom with basement. Remolded, just sold for $220,000. It's a 3rd of the size of this mobile home

This is absolutely gorgeous. I agree I would want white sinks and maybe a different shade of cabinets and counters in kitchen to brighten it up a bit.....Tri County Mobile Homes sells this model in SC my husband and I are praying we can get this.... believing and claiming it.

This is an amazying home for sure. One thing I would change is that I would give up some fo the master bathroom and closet space for a larger bedroom. I have a California King size bed and it is difficult to fit it and tow side tables and still have room to maneuver and the bed in addition to a dresser and chest. Also, I don't like not being able to walk into my closet from the master bedroom. Sometimes you can't always go into the bathroom to get into your closet if it is occupied, As for the kitchen, I have seen a lot more impressived kitchens that this one. Overall though, it is a great home.

Beautiful home! I love it!!! But I would not get the cream colored sinks, toilet and tubs in the bathrooms. It looked old and dated. I love all the large closets. You can never have enough storage places. Love.. Love.. The front and back porches!!! You would NEVER know that is a mobile home.❤

It’s a beautiful home, but $400,000, it’s a bit on the high end of a modular home! That was a quote from a local dealer here in Kentucky!

The home is beautiful. I WISH it was possible to find financing! I want to buy a used home. I cannot FIND financing. Every place I find jumps as soon as you say it’s in a park. The ONLY place I found to finance is if you are purchasing at least a double wide on your own property. Great for places like this but sucks for everyone else.

A beautiful home! There is a half bath off the living room on the floor plan, that I would have guests use. I would make the closet, inside the main bedroom closet, open into the living room for a gueat coat closet instead. I like the color of the sinks, but not with the white in the counter tops. Nice master bath but the master bedroom is kind of small. They know they could have taken some of the space from the master closet and master bathroom or somewhere else in the house d so that they could have made the master bedroom bigger. I feel like a master bedroom should be big enough to fit a king size bed, some dressers and a reclining loveseat sofa and still have plenty of room after that

I didn't notice the fixers were cream colored. Probably because there's no lights on they just look like they're in the shadows hence why they look slightly darker. I assumed they were white. I like this house and saved the video to my favorites but it sure is a strange layout. But I like to get my guests lost and confused in my house so it'll work for me!!

Mobile home giveaway are the beams and low ceiling. I grew up in a mobile home so I know what the dead giveaway is. Also the cabinets are dead giveaways but still a nice home.

Wide angle allows a much wider perspective to show the full size of a home. Most other lenses do not capture depth as well.

It may capture more but it distorts the actual beauty of the home. I don't know what other videographers use on other youtube channels but they're much more appealing to the eye...just my opinion...and suggestion.

I’ve been waiting for a video tour with commentary on The Anais for 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 and you did a 𝙛𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘 job! Loved the pan shots you did so we could get an idea of how big the rooms were. I’ve researched practically every Deer Valley home and toured several. This one is among their best - probably 𝙩𝙝𝙚 best. (Also love the Kairos I and II and the Orchard House) Now I’d like to see a tour of their other new one - The Etienne. Oh, and I like the cream sinks and toilets as opposed to white. Thanks for an outstanding tour!

Wow that's expensive's, because you still need land and hookups! And you you never want to be in a park, you have zero privicey and Space rent is very EXPENSIVE, they raise it a ton to boot you out and take OVER your mobile home, and they decide who buys it if you sell it!

You'd think for this size home there would be a coat closet by the entrance. It could go where the 1/2 bath is in the living room. There's no way you would be able to see yourself in the master bath with those high mirrors if you were sitting between the sinks.

This home is beautiful with lots of storage. What I don’t like is the sink on the island. I prefer the sink on the outside wall with a window that opens. The island is for food preparation,baking, a place to put groceries before putting them away. This is actually a deal breaker for. Me. I love everything else such as the large pantry and large laundry room, large closets, large master bedroom and closet (I would design the interior differently, as the current design is a waste of space. I would also redesign some of the other closets.). The room you would use as an office, I would also. I would use the family room as a sewing room and request that the room isn’t an access to each of the bedrooms, thus relocating the doors. With such a large living room, there is no coat closet? Looks to me that space is wasted. I love the porch in the front and the back

That's a great looking house with a nice layout. Nope! That's the first time I've seen a closet in a closet😃. I really like the bench feature in the master bathroom. Love that electric fireplace. The kitchen looks excellent. And the porches are a nice feature. I agree that it'd be nice to have space in the utility room for an upright freezer. Hard to find anything wrong with this house. Even though they've dropped the price, it still seems pretty steep. Regardless, it's an awesome house.

Great home but for the square footage the master bedroom seems to be a bit small to me. I'd rather take just a little square footage from the bathroom and closet and make the bedroom a little bigger. I would not do the cream color sinks, toilets and tubs. Against the white in the counter tops it just looks old and dirty to me.
