never knew you ate fish. i love getting a fresh caught whole sockeye salmon, gutting it and finding salmon eggs. i dip them in a tiny bit of gluten free flour and fry them. then i simmer the head in water or make fish head soup with seaweed and potatoes and eat the bit of meat and the cheeks. and then bake the rest. thank you for the video.
Salmon is by far my favorite fish to eat. I like a baked potato with it. If you get farm raised salmon, you will not need to worry about mercury. Have you ever had smoked salmon? Delish!!
That was a bit too much salmon. Thinking you could’ve cut it in half and froze the other half? Looked tasty though, although too much dill for my liking. As usual, a beautiful location and delicious looking meal.
