A group of Live Action Role Players get lost in the woods and stumble upon an old couple who mistake the LARPers for real medieval soldiers. www.imdb.com/ti...
oh my god this is my new favorite thing, I need a t-shirt that says "YOU CAN'T CHAIN CAST LIGHTING BOLTS WITHOUT RUNNING OUT OF MAN!" I would pay for that
Ugh, the main character is really annoying. _assuming_ that the girl likes him, pretending that LARP is _stupid_, not respecting the roleplay... I guess he's learnt his lesson by the end but I don't think he should've gotten the girl, not considering how rude he was. Maybe have her respect him a little instead, and have them become friends.
Haha, you sound so butthurt. That's how you court women; you assume they like you. That's how it is in every country that I know of. I'm sure it's the same in lesbian courting also. Women find confidence attractive in the majority of cases. I thought it was noteworthy that all 3 guys in the "party" were fairly hot (7-8/10), and the girl was only like a 4/10, yet they pretended she was attractive.
RPing the non-RPer? Fun perspective ... was well done though I personally could never manage to LARP. Take my hat off to axeman though, he played it to the last detail
@@vitazissel3671 Not dressing like crap, as seen in the video, and actually putting some effort into acting their roles? To be fair, I've seen US LARPs that do better in both categories.
I wish this had more veiws.. im going to my first larp this week.. and i'm an elf theif. I'd love to see a second one of these! Maybe with the same people on a diffrent adventure. And an intro to a new character that is possible an orc? >u< Oh gosh.. it's already been 4 years since this happened though..
Wow, I know this video is 7 years old, but man, this makes me want to get back into larp and rp it. I was always about the fighting (and dressing up as knights) but now that I'm a bit older, I kinda want to rp bro.
The guy dressed up in the Link costume at 1:08 cracked me up and I don't know why. Actually, now that I looked closer there's another person dressed up as Link in the background at the right at 1:20 ...in shades... and at 4:12...
really casual LARP ain't it. I've always wanted to try LARP but never could, didn't have the confidence to do it. one of my friends said there's one coming up soon and I'm joining him so I hope I have fun.
Ah, the memories. I was an extra in this movie, and you can see me at 15:23 to the left of the king. I was one of the LARPers brought in to be part of this movie, as our group meets in the next town over from Sarasota, Bradenton.
Don't expect it to be like this. I was an extra, and they used every bad stereotype they could come up with for LARPING to make this movie. I am one of the extras that they brought in that has LARPing experience, and I could see all of them.
A really fun film, good work! Good script and I enjoyed the performances. Some noticeable sound problems particularly earlier on but I know from experience how hard it is to get good sound when you're on a budget.
We use Bamboo Swords made to look like Medieval Swords. They have the weight and feel of a real sword instead of these light weight foam rubber things.
This is incredible! I'm a student learning the ways of filming and script writing, and I have been seriously considering going to Ringling in the future. I've been in one of there student films, and it was fun. I'm sure you guys will go places for comedy and creativity!
