There was something extremely wrong with the legends jerseys that year, they looked nice and crisp on Dreamcast 2K1-2K2, but on all platforms for 2K3 there must have been some sort of issue in the coding that caused them all to look extremely pixelated and for whatever reason they just released the game that way.
