It’s so cool to see Angie and Larry collab in this video series. I agree that each car culture in Asia is unique. My fav is Japan, though Thailand doesn’t mess around either. Hong Kong has the most awesome rides too, but are stifled by their laws P.I. car culture has come a long way, when I lived there as a kid, there were barely any cars on the road. Philippines has it going on!
Watching this while waiting for Larry's latest Hagerty content. Fun fact: the jeepney culture scene here in the Philippines is actually bigger than you think. It's just that most people did not heard or knew about it. Jeepneys also have their own car clubs (Team Sarao Originals, Pintasero Club, Team Lowspeed, Cabalen Jeepers,Team Traxxas, Team Hotness, etc.) and also organized their own car meets in venues like San Jose Del Monte Sports Complex and Robinsons Novaliches. They also participated in countless car shows like the monthly Beast of The East in Marikina by VIP Productions, and the annual OTJ Festival in Tagaytay by B2B Carshow. Lastly, some public transport jeepneys also have turbochargers, not just the owner-types. ;)

I think Angie is the Jay Leno or supercar blondie of the Philippines when it comes to car collections. Must be nice to be so rich and be able to afford all these toys and yet still remains a humble person. Im just gonna go back to daydreaming😅
30:55 blobeye is the best! But which stock sti doesn't overheat on the track? Even the fk8, fl5, 350z, 370z, focus rs and a lot of newer tuner cars overheats on a couple of laps. 😅 When it comes to performance even though its heavier, VA is the best and its been proven many times on track. Has a longer wheelbase, chassis is a LOT MORE stiffer than the older ones. But if you want a raw feeling get the blob or hawk!
@@AngieMeadKingWhat we did to combat the heating issues was varis vented hood/fenders, removed the fender shroud, koyorad, cylinder 4 cooling mod, fmic and hks oil cooler. Temps were chillin. 😅 Aftermarket rear swaybar to lessen the understeer. Basic stuff. Car is at 450Whp and can do plenty of laps w/o overheating.
