That martins warmup fucked me up, whyyy didn't i listen. "Bro don't use too heavy weights it trains parts of your arm you might not feel your using" I do 30 reps with 20 pounds thinking this getting boring, put them down and go WOW what happened. The little weird muscles i never use just felt swole, its the next day and they hurt. I fucked up lolll, i'll stick with 2.5 pound disks and only do 5-10 reps for a warmup when they heal LOL. I can clean press 150 pounds no problem, and 20 pounds is almost too light i just start out with it as a warmup to get blood flowing, did not think doing it that way with your arms uses muscles ive never really trained before. What i heard was "You wont feel those muscles getting worked until its too late" Well i guess i can be pretty stupid sometimes lol i should have listened I have it in my routine journal now and the workout is called the "Martins warmup" lolll
