When you sit down unbutton your jacket. Don't be like the guy on the left here. You see how he looks a little uncomfortable. If he were to unbutton the jacket he would be more comfortable and natural and it causes a positive influence on the situation.
wow..the chemistry between the two is way off.. Larry maintains his serious, intellectual tone while the interviewer tries to be upbeat and funny. It's visibly hurtful when Larry shoots down the poor man's attempts at a joke.
I really enjoy listening to both Larry and Warren, I think they share a alot of similar moral virtue.....They're good guys basically....you will note how Larry stood his ground and (persistently) denied the opportunity to say anything that would cause his prior employer to lose face. If alphabet ends up being a berkshire hathway, I literally could not be more satisfied. I hope that is the very case.
P.S. Larry is a quite a sharp fellow: from the small bit of information we were able to hear from him on his answers early in this video regarding HIS perspective and intended use of "the alphabet idea", i think hes on the right track. I think he knows the difference in profitable necessities like energy and automobiles and phones, vs things not worthy of his company's ability. Hes going to do fine. Hopefully him and Warren will sit down for a video soon.

The work culture of companies are most important to set on certain levels, away from rigidity or strangulating regulations or not even that lax that harassment of all sorts are allowed, a pleasant workplace with firm hand fairness and just that balance has to be created.

Larry from time to time dogged the questions asked by the host. This is the first point I feel annoying. The second point is although Larry avoided some questions but when he started to come to something sounded insightful, the host stepped in and broke Larry's talking. Maybe this pair is a wrong match.
To be fair, the job of an interviewer is to ask god questions, and this guy does the job. I prefer an anoying personality than a lack of understanding of the topic or asking just stupid qustions. So dont focus that much on that and just listen larry elavorate.

+Patrick Wright His highly analytical mind, also if you notice he is introverted, the cloths he wears generally is conservative, he doesnt express much emotion, he is able to cut emotion, he may feel uncomfortable in social situations because he constantly thinks, the fact that he is very career orientated rather than being relationship orientated, he uses the word I think 99% of the time where as the opposite being I feel, thinking = logic, he is always trying to understand things in a logical way. Those are just some of the things that come to mind to suggest he is right brain dominant.
+Impulse I think you mean left brain dominant. Left brained, in its mythical descriptor of intelligence, is considered to be the logical/rational functioning part of the brain. Thus, it would fit soundly with your argument of Larry Page's conservatism and project orientation. The right brain is considered to be the more emotional/creative side... However, due to his high intelligence, he has demonstrated exceptional skills that draw from both his "left" and "right" brained thinking/processing of the world.
