This was by far the best interview yet! I can say that I did not learn about the sport as much as I learned about a tremendous competitor in LIFE! Larry is a wonderful storyteller, and I wish him the best in his fight against cancer! Godspeed!

Thanks for putting this out there. I shot service rifle in the 80's including a few trips to the National Matches and listening to you guys talk about your experiences brought back some fond memories. Hanging out with Larry had to be a riot. If he ever writes a book, I'd be in line to buy it.

As a neck sizer (former 🤷🏼‍♂️we're testing ) Larry Taite "World Famous Shooter"❤️ has made me subscribe to you and even listen .... thank you for letting such a wonderful man tell wonderful stories .... my Ruger M77 target is amazing at 600 yd plus I divorced and raising my kids best I can .....😂🤷🏼‍♂️ I don't think I'll be Mr Taite! But a guy can hope 😂 Thank you for letting him tell his story thank you very much (I'm back FL and I promise I'll get one em "speedy" dies (thanks for that too)

What a super interview! My biggest take away was his willingness to go and shoot with that .243 Ruger and compete! I’ve been reluctant to even try a match with my outclassed 6.5 Creedmoor! But this interview has convinced me that I will take my outclassed rifle and compete! Thanks Larry for the inspiration!

i got to meet Lou Murdica Gary Ocock Duke Rovarino and a host of others at my second shoot this past week end just sit back and listen learn so much every body is so help full amazing weekend

36:38 oh geez! I did kinda the same thing in reverse on an Antelope hunt! I went to shoot at 300 yards, a "chip shot" for me and where I zero for, so I should've been "dialed" already... I missed like 4 shots in a row?! I thought something HAD to be wrong with my rifle?! Operator error! I was still dialed for 1300 yards from practicing earlier on, the bullets were going like THREE YARDS HIGH!? 😅

Lol, I know Jim O'Conner from my CMP Highpower match days in the late 90's and early 2000's at the Chabot range in the Oakland hills. Used to pull his target once in a while and would witness him shooting 200 yard groups the size of your fist all day long from the off hand position.
