I find that beginners who transition from other sports do better by focusing on lat drag, almost every seasoned lifter starts out with dominant lat strength. Overall this is good exposure but Juji is still a beginner and there are safety issues when you have this much strength on the table with inexperience.
Thor is strong as hell. You want to know something scary? Devon Larrat beat Thor in armwrestling easily. What the hell. Obviously Devon is the greatest or one of the greatest armwrestlers of all time. Thor trains everything in his body, not just arms. Still, props to Devon jesus christ.
That guy is using steroids for years and yet is looking like an average recreational gym attender. I would be frustrated too on his place. Obviously he's way better in jelaous shit talking than lifting, even though he sucks at both.

It all depends to be honest. Armwrestling is more wrist moving technique than anything and it would take thor many years to master it properly, i have been into arm wrestling on and off for 5-6 years now while doing powerlifting and i can guess that just by switching his hand placement just a little bit he would have broken larrys arm there. His body mass really helps him in this too, not to underestimate his strength. I really feel like it's more of a forgotten activity nowadays than it was before, my dad has some legendary stories of him breaking wrists in bars back in his day lol.

I mean it's cool, thor just stabilizes 507 lbs on his wrists above his head. if he can hug 4x devons bodyweight with an atlas stone, I think he has plenty of forearm strength
@@kylejudkins754 Not in the specific area that Devon has strength in the forearm though. Look up his video training biceps with Jujimufu. Until thor trains that he'd likely get toyed with. It's crazy when you see that specific muscle popping out like that. Juji is a body builder but doesnt have it developed at all, neither does Thor. But if he worked at that, and technique? Guys potential is insane. Same with someone like Shaq TBH. His overall size/leverage is crazy
The raw strength of 6’ 8”, 430lb Hafthor is insane. It’s hard to fathom the fact that he could literally run through the entire NFL like an adult playing in the little leagues.
