Larsen 9 Speakers Demo at Capital Audiofest 2023 

I have these Larsen 9 speakers in maple veneer and I just love them. These speakers are really special as they utilise the front wall and don't suffer from baffle step effect. They put you in the music venue instead of bringing two speakers in your listening room. I need no special preparations of my listening room to dampen reflections etc. The sound is big and the sweet spot easily covers my listening sofa. No need for subwoofer either as these are full range according to my own measurements and confirmed by listening in my own room. The drivers used are among the absolute best available and seen in speakers costing as much as 329 000USD . I use my Larsen 9 for home theater 2.0 and dedicated music listening. Highly recommended based on a 50 year lifelong experience and owning reference speakers to name a few; Avantgarde Duo Mezzo, Sonus Faber Stradivari, Tannoy Westminster, Dynaudio C4 among others..

I visited this room on Friday and even went back a second time. I thought that this was the best sound at the show. I don’t know if it was the Larsen speakers or the DS Audio cartridge, but the dynamics of this system were spectacular. Very lifelike and engaging.
