We've had a great response to our last set of videos so far, so we're thrilled that some of you are finding them helpful! One of the first year dental students contacted us two days ago asking if we could help out with the larynx, so this is the third of five videos covering the laryngeal cartilages and membranes, the muscles and the vessels & nerves that supply it. Hope they help!If you'd like to contact us, email anatomyroom@gmail.com. More detailed blurb below!
Welcome to our series of videos on head & neck anatomy. We created these videos to help some of our current students with specific problems that they contacted us about, but that means that this is not a complete video course on the anatomy of the head & neck. That said, as we were recording them we realised that they may be useful to other people studying anatomy (or who are just interested!), so we decided to upload them to RU-vid in case you find them helpful. We really hope that you do, and if you would like us to cover any other areas please feel free to contact us at: anatomyroom@gmail.com.
Also, if you like the videos, we'd really appreciate it if you hit the "like" button so we know how we're doing!

not sure what you mean by the bit above the epiglottis do u mean post tongue?, but anyway the 'tip' of the epiglottis itself is not attached to the posterior tongue, but i think the epiglottis is kinda attached to the post tongue through the median glossoepiglottic fold, which is just mucosa. if you watch the video again the guy actually points out the median glossoepiglottic fold

Great! Thank you! Could it be possible to make a video about the peripheral 'bundles' in our body? I mean veins, arteries and nerves

Mishal, I'm so glad to hear that you found this useful, and that you now think of this topic as easy!! That is a win for you and for us!! :D It's actually been a while since we set up these videos as I had to prioritise my own clinical work, but as it so happens, I'm planning on setting up a load of tutorials in the next few months, starting with anatomy. When I've set up the channel I'll let you know (it'll be a new channel), but in the meantime please feel free to contact me and let me know any areas you want covered, things you struggle with, things you do and don't like about our videos (and other people's videos) and, basically, anything that you want me to know in order to guide what I start creating. You can reply to this message, or email us directly on anatomyroom@gmail.com if you want. Look forward to hearing from you! Sean.
