Comes down to priorities. Someone wanting to live near the strip is looking for that lifestyle. Drunk people, homeless people, etc., should be expected. It shouldn’t be a surprise that these elements are prevalent there. Anyone who complains about these things who live there should have known what they were getting themselves into. It’s like living in a downtown area of a major city. These things should be expected so you can’t complain about them. They come with the territory.

Nice pool - good its heated Nice views Your signature in your videos that people like. Telling everyone where eveything is located. No one does this. Driving tour is nice too

lived here- management isnt the best. Neighbors are very loud/ rowdy. This is a party apartment and advertised as such. Alot of break-ins with parking even though its gated ( gate breaks often). Due to it being so close to strip, transients will sit around the building and often will break the automated doors. They do have security that walks around but tbh they dont do much and just wait for police. Just be warned about this property - its a $3k penalty for early termination and 60 days notice. Some people have experienced packages stolen in mail room cause not enough lockers to store and carriers don't always get fob access to leave it at your door.

Safety - no problem. Carry a concealed gun.(licensed) Only in America. I am from Canada. We have very strict gun laws here.

I prefer the Jade, even though the Elysian is great the area is not the best unfortunately. So if I was to choose I would go with Jade. ☺️

Fab coverage and I have really been wanting to look into these Elysian communities. I will look at the list and see if there is a location further from the Strip, based on your crime and homeless comments. I tried to take a screen shot of the fee sheet, but it came out blurry. Could you tell me if the technology package includes a ring camera and any internet service❓I will also try checking online. I often wonder about how much impact the Strip area has on car insurance. Do you have any thoughts on this❓I ❤ you for including Trader Joe and mentioning the area cons. Without the cons, these would have made it to the top of my Yes List. You may want to look into the Society and Kaktus Life apartments at some point. 🌟✨💫

Yes I do believe the package does include the internet, and I believe they don’t provide a ring camera. I have one myself and I got it at Best Buy 😊. And yes unfortunately the car insurance will go high due to the area, I pay a lot since I live downtown 😒.. Trader Joe’s is one of my favorites!! I’ll put the sheet for the Elysian on my RU-vid so you could have clearer ☺️☺️☺️

What about the apartments themselves.You said a lot about Keira, but what did you think of the details of the apartments. And did you see a two bedroom. Thx

The apartments were really nice, layout was very spacious. I didn’t see a two bedroom apartment. The overall place was pretty good unfortunately the location is not the best so that would probably be the downside of these apartments.

Do you know what is included in the technology package? And the fees are above the listed rents, or is that part of the rent?

So the technology package includes cable, internet and smart home. The fees are an addition to the rent and most places not optional. ☺

It covers the cost of processing your background check to maintain the apartment. Some charge less some charge a bit more, but it's pretty standard. 😊

Thanks for that tour. I was out there last month looking around for places to live and job research. The Elysian was recommended by one of the relators I've been following (@LasVegasGal). My Intended date to move is probably after January 1st. Although it could be sooner depending on circumstances.

@@carolinelopez91 That's an awesome Property, the View at night from the rooftop has to be spectacular and I could post to Instagram every night and make my friends green with envy 😁. But for the price I would prefer Vine on the 8th. Still looking though your vids. what a great source. I love how you show the pricing list highlighted!!

Good tour but u spent so much time hyping up "Kiara" u really didnt give ur overall opinion of the property or the actual apartment units. How would u rate this property in comparison to the Auric downtown.

The layout of these apartments were pretty standard, nice and spacious. If I was to choose I would choose the Auric better location then these. Unfortunately the location where these apartments are at is not the best so that would be the downside.

@@carolinelopez91 Appreciate the reply ur probably right but the rooftop, gym, and other amenities at Elysian seemed nicer. I think Ely on Fremont was the area that looked most sketchy in my opinion.

@@chase3024 Don’t get me wrong the place is beautiful and the view is amazing! But the area can be rougher. And yes Fremont street can definitely be sketchy as well. 😊
