That first Vietnamese place seemed off the charts and I've never said " off the charts" before. 😊 Asian cuisine is so diverse and delicious. Have you ever done a sketchy looking Asian restaurant review? They blow me away every time.

One of the things I miss about Vegas is being able to stay up all night and then checking into a Spa early in the morning for $20 to sleep it off. I did have an opportunity to check out FountainBleu Spa last week which is the most Coed Spa I've been to and they have hourly instructor/dancer in the coed spa throwing aroma ice ball onto rocks and doing fan dances to spread the heat and scent. $150 for 4 hours though. I miss cheap Vegas.

Great late nite food video ... I've been there a handful of times pops steak sandwiches are delicious ! Mr. Leonard if u want to show your viewers an awesome late night spot , go to palace station casino . Best 24/7 oyster bar in town !!! Order the pan roast or bouilliroast ... u will thank !

I think the Peppermill is now only open 24 hours on the weekends, unless they recently changed back to every day. Too bad, it's an institution on the Strip. Oh and for locals, Pops is in its own right an institution and it remains 24/7 every day.

1st bowl is called bun bo hue! my fave viet dish! beats tf out of pho! esp if its got that pork hock bones! and authentic broth thats a bit 'orange' and spicy, not the fake pho broth u get sometimes

Your list is spot on, all 3 are top notch… Pho Kim Long is pronounced…. Fuh-kim-long. The O is not pronounced "Oh" it is pronounced "uh'. Yes it is a play on words, it is exactly what it sounds like My original go too late night was Lee's right down the way, it used to be open 24/7 Love seeing all the outside attention Chinatown is getting, Vegas is a highly under rated international city when it comes to food.

Just going to help with the pronunciation point alone: it's called "Fuh" when you're saying pho. And the right place in China town is Viet Noodle Bar. Get the Pho Dac Biet (meat combo with tripe).

You can get the Stinger pizza and Stinger sub at Naked City Pizza on Paradise near the airport. Owned by a Buffalo, NY guy and his brother. They also have pizza logs, beef on weck, Sahlen's hot dogs, and not sure if they have loganberry but they used to.

Great selection of joints. Phó Kim Long was great but they use too much MSG in the Pho'! (They're namesake) The last 2 times, super dry mouth, insatiable thirst. Up all night Miserable. Phó So 1 is my new place. Zero MSG!

Cheez whiz or provolone? That's that south Philly stuff. And I like sharp provolone, but my man, you're leaving out cooper sharp. The rest of the city does cooper sharp... maybe even American.
