Las Vegas Caesars Palace Bacchanal Buffet - Brunch 

I love how you are describing the quality & taste of the food which makes people want to try them. I can't help noticed toward the end of the video your eyes are glazed over like you have approached food induced coma...he he...priceless.

Breakfast cost $31 Mon-Fri Lunch cost $39 Mon-Fri Dinner cost $55 Mon-Thur, $58 Fri-Sun Brunch cost $50 Sat & Sun Per person (I just looked it up on the website lol)

If I won the lottery I would go to Caesars Palace, eat, go to bed and sleep it off, eat, go back to bed to sleep it off, eat, go back to bed to sleep it off, and repeat. After about six months, if I were still alive, I might take in a show.

👍💓👌👏My buffet method is eat 1 item costco sample portion size just to get the flavor, eat food you can't /wont make, don't eat common food you can get anywhere or make easily and cheaply like salads, soups, pizza, easy to make pasta, cafeteria foods, etc.. so i fit more food lol. Brisket is a very tough cut of meat, almost MADE to be smoked and slow-cooked, to break down the collagen. That's why it gets made into corned beef, or barbecue. I wouldn't eat it rare unless it were finely chopped (like tartar)

At QUALITY buffets, such as my too Vegas favorite -- Bacchanal. I stay away from too much liquid, drinks, carbohydrates/starches, rolls or breads. Steak, Lobster, Crab Legs, Casseroles, are my usual choices. Quality seafood and meat concoctions that are much more expensive in most major cities are always a 'bang-for-your-buck' wise choice. Dessert: Gelato is a favorite and made on the premises chocolate or cake type offerings. I stay away from cheap/colorful Jello type desserts.

I've been watching Mikey's videos for a year but damn, he looks so young here! I've seen tons of his videos from this channel as well as the others, but the difference in his video making as well as the air that he exudes from then to now, is really like a whole new level. I guess he grew up and became much more steady throughout the traveling he has gone... It's kinda nostalgic seeing this...

Thanks for the tip on avoiding bread & starches. My hubby & I are spending our anniversary in Vegas and are accessing buffets over there. I've worked with brisket at home before and you gotta cook it for 4-6 hours to make it tender. Same thing for short ribs & oxtail.

I had shaved ice once based on the recommendation of a waiter who had a loose grasp of the English language. It started off as a mango and watermelon snowcone that transitioned into a ghost chile inferno in my mouth. Leave it to the Asians to make ice just face melting hot. Clever.

I've had the meat sweats. Went to Carnivore in South Africa, all you can eat game meat buffet. Amazing place. They bring the meat to you, on a giant skewer, stand behind you and carve it onto your plate with a sword! We had the usual chicken, beef, gammon. Also crocodile, zebra, giraffe, kudu, warthog, impala, beeg chicken (😂what our server called the ostrich), and a host of other things like warthog meatballs and different game sausages. When you have had enough you put up a white flag in surrender. Beautiful restaurant, amazing staff and food.

Just an FYI because you are so good to educate us on authentic Asian foods, a French Dip is thin sliced prime rib of beef sandwich with a side of jus, the pan drippings from the roast, and absolutely no cheese. I think that may be an outstanding steak sandwich.

Seeing those cups of ceviche convinced me this buffet is my next visit.

Mike. Just watched your Bacchanal buffet. Nice job!!.. I have been in Las Vegas for 35 years. I think the best buffet in Las Vegas is in the M resort. It is a new resort off the Strip in the south side of Las Vegas. You should try it next time when you are in Las Vegas and let us know what you think.

If you love bread pudding, check out Canyon in Fort Lauderdale next time you are in South Florida...they make an amazing white chocolate bread pudding in a triple berry bath. It's my favorite place in town.

Bro I just came here for brunch on Friday after watching this video man I gotta tell ya it's the best buffet I've ever had and the phad thai really was amazing! I tried to get a small piece of everything on the buffet, there's no way to get around it all. 10/10

I knew Caesars was an excellent casino,its reputation is worldwide,but its food is magnificent and certainly lives up to their name.I of course will have to visit Caesars vicariously .

You're making me miss Independence Day 2015 when me and my brother were at Las Vegas just for the buffet at Caesars Palace!

I've an living in Vegas atm, but I've never eaten at a buffet on the strip. I've done the Boulder Station once and The Silverton twice. (Free all three times lol) and they were lacking. I wouldn't mind trying, but they are far more costly. I also don't see buffets as a place you really should go alone to as lack of conversation would make factor into filling up too fast as you have nothing to do but eat. If you are ever in Vegas again I wouldn't mind a video/suggestions of some good Chinese restaurants in town.

Buffet are great ,but you have to make sure that you get the dishes that are fresh from the kitchen and are hot. I hate cold and lukewarm food. And that's at many buffet a problem, the food is not hot.Mike you need to eat slowly and enjoy it, then is also still room for Dessert!Great Video as alwys!

I went to the bacchanal for dinner about two or three years ago and I don't know it wasn't that great for me. I actually enjoyed the wicked spoon much more than this place.
