The lake is full of stripers but may I give a suggestion. Please don't throw the skinny "snake" stripers back because as you know we are try to get the number down but give them to a person with a garden for nature fertilizer or start a fruit and vegetables garden or greenhouse yourself. You know our soil sucks because we live in a desert. I built one for my sister and when I catch a skinny stripers or large common carp it gets blended and poured into the soil.
Bro I've been at that exact dock when we hit lake mead visiting family in Henderson. The amount of fish that are so used to being hand fed is insane. Wish I was brave enough ( at 10 yrs old) to try to hand catch one. But the stripers are serious fighters. Great vid and good times!! Keep it up!!
Go to Boulder City, Nevada. On the way to the Lake Mead there is a Park on the left... Looks like a ball park... the sheep may come down though the residential neighborhood seasonal...

Im from boston, and grew up about 45 minutes north of the city and still call it boston. Being a tourist and going to lake mead from vegas i would consider mead vegas as well. Never even heard of boulder city. So for someone flying into vegas that wants to fish, mead is vegas. It is under an hour away and is the place to go if you are in vegas and want to get away and see and fish a beautiful lake. Hence the title.
google search Harbor House Cafe that should get you in the general area then use the mountain backdrops to locate yourself when you arrive. geographical landscapes don't lie or change too much; above ground structures (hills etc) more specifically won't change much either. you can also use google earth (use timeline) see if there is an image close to what you see in this awesome vid (again, above ground structures). pin yourself to water level and flip from top down (map view) to a normal viewpoint horizontal view, pan around til ya see a familiar hill(s). Try google Mars as well pretty nice. forgot to add you will need to download google earth on your desktop (laptop) totally free while google Mars is just a click away (after the google earth download (on the same app). travel the world from your desktop haha
