The Linq is not too far from the Bellagio. It's actually a nice and easy walk. You head south down Las Vegas Blvd towards the Cromwell. Once you get to the corner you'll see escalators to the left. Take those, cross the bridge go down the escalators at Ballys but right back up the other escalators you'll see in front of you and across the bridge to the Bellagio... OR just drive and use a GPS.
