My husband and I absolutely love everything about the Apex townhouse! I am retired and he will retire in two years. We have looked at videos of 55+ communities around the country and many are very nice. But this place has the modern style that we are looking for. We literally would move into the Apex model with all of the upgrades and be extremely happy. We hadn’t really considered moving to Nevada, but many of the videos we’ve viewed of properties in Summerlin have us thinking twice. When it’s safe to do so we plan to spend a few weeks in the four areas we are considering to learn what could be a good fit. Summerlin is definitely one of the cities on the list now. By the way, you did an excellent job video recording the properties! Your pacing is perfect! Not too slow and not too fast. And, we appreciate that you show every inch of the property. Thank you so much!

Love both houses. But for me I will choose the second one's layout, I agree with you the living area feels more spacious

I'm assuming only the owners/purchasers have to be 55+ since you have multiple bedrooms, younger people can occupy those, or everyone has to be 55+ to even enter the community? I would combine both units into 1 and have 2 kitchens and 2 balconies, the top floor is like the ultimate rooftop deck, penthouse suite. What happens if the owner passes away, can younger people inherit the property or how does that work, they have to sell? If I have to choose 1 I like the Apex though I rather have both and have a 3 story bomb mansion. Though getting furniture in there can be a hassle. Need a second freight elevator on the outside.

Kind of an odd setup with the two units overlapping. I liked the master bath in the first unit, but the brightness and ranch feeling of the second.
