LV Home is beautiful with the abstract designed lighting in the stairs, the wallpaper in the shower and the story & details Behind it is kinda neat to know. Love the Master bedroom Bathroom with the attach sauna i thought this is unique to other homes i really like that a lot! And backyard and kitchen is also very nice. Oh that couch is rare...wow, a caterpillar coach would be a nice add to your home for sure. Keep up the good work, love the change this week! ❤

Saw this one a few months ago at Chakets Channel. Seems that no one wants to buy this overpriced properties anymore. Of course its stunning. Will be sold for under 12 Million or less. But the Tour of course is top 👍💪

Good video. I just don't believe the middle of the desert warrants beverly hills premium prices. 2000$/sqft. They paid 1.2 for the lot, I'd guess it's a 5million dollar house. If that. What construction is a house like that? still wood framing and drywall mainly? few steel beams here and there.

@@MonicaHolly143 1130 Carolyn Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, that's much lower square footage price than this nevada house and better architecture. So no. It's 5x overpriced or more. Nothing in nevada should have premiums anywhere close to this.

@@DanFrederiksen that house also is so close to the street which is a busy street ur neighbors are also only 15 foot away from you and ur left neighbor also has a direct view of ur swimming pool and backyard if u want ur creepy neighbor to watch ur kids swimming then its the perfect house

You don’t need 12 pools. You need one indoor swim against current smaller training pool and one outdoor pool with a slide and lazy river.

Probably nothing wrong with this house that the use of COLOR wouldn’t fix. It’s dreary, austere, boring. But, who wants to live in Henderson? Nope, me neither……

You need to do more original homes instead of closely following behind other channels. By the time you get to it most of your subscribers already seen it toured by others. The copy and paste technique gets old quick and it seems lazy.
