Why dont they build a multi level stadium site at the stadium site?

The county commissioners have just approved these parking locations today September 5, 2018. 😠

I think the solution should be to park at UNLV and have shuttle buses run three hours before and after the game. Pay $50-60 to park (let UNLV have a cut). Maybe have a tailgating section that is $100 a space.

If you are visiting for the game and staying on the strip, it's easy enough to hop on the bus (the Duece or SDX), get off at Mandalay Bay and walk the 15 minutes to the stadium. I did it and it was painless.

That sucks, might as well watch it at home and have your own tailgate party.

If you go to games in Oakland (I've missed 4 since 1996), you have various parking options. You can park in the North or South lots and tailgate, which is what most fans do. You can park and tailgate in lots off the Coliseum property. This is where local businesses open up their lots (usually small) for you to park and tailgate (+/- $20). This is what's probably going to happen in Vegas. Polaris Drive, W. Dewey Drive, West Diablo Drive, etc. will have their lots rented out to fans wanting to park and tailgate. It's not a ton of spaces, but they're close to the stadium. Other fans will find Raider party spots (which will become "the spots" over time), and then walk or Uber to the game. Any business (casino, bar, restaurant, etc.) that wants to see a boost in revenue, will develop a "carrot" to entice Raider fans to park, eat, tailgate, party on their property. It's 10 games a year. For me, I'll fly in from Oakland and figure out what's the best place to hang before the games. For local fans, it sucks, because you'll be driving from home, and the parking will be spread out all over the place.

they are intentionally try to avoid a bottleneck at the stadium and 1-15 and lasvegas blvd which is superbuzy anyway on weekend..Sattelite parking is a good idea to fix that...Minny,baltimore and a few others have no on site parking.This is the way its done now.

Wow you are right that is an awful plan! So there is not even VIP parking at the stadium? The parking plan should have come out a year ago and not less than 2 years before the stadium is finished.

Brutal! The tailgate experience in Oakland was far bette obviously from a tourist perspective but now for me flying in this might take some unnecessary planning ugh

Just park at the casinos

Raider Nation is a term that needs to go away. The Raider name can go too, or just stay in Oakland. They need to re-brand this team and make it something that locals can feel is theirs and not just some transplant. Let Oakland keep the name and the colors so they can use it for their future expansion team.

All that desert and they had to build where there's no fucking parking. Between state line and Vegas would have been better. People would just build shit around the stadium I'm sure.

Should’ve nuked Cashman field and put the stadium there, especially since the 51’s are moving to Summerlin. What a mess getting to a game will be. Good news is that we’ll see an increase in Raider Nation’s cardiovascular health as they hurry to get to the stadium in time for kickoff.
