Also you need to learn something about guns and ammo, just because a bullet hits someone for example it doesn't mean it is stopped, more or less many rounds could have penetrated more than one person, especially how they were grouped so closely together at the concert. Kristen berer. I have zero military experience, but yet can take a .22 rifle at 50 yards and shoot straws in half, and mind you I am freestanding also, no bench rest. Same goes for larger caliber rifles at greater distances, and still no bench rest. Now when it comes to handguns, I am just okay. Jamming or misfires are dependent on the type of ammo, (Low quality ammo = jamming and misfires, while higher quality ammo a lot less jams and misfires.)also he might have hand loaded his own ammo, which is added quality control compared to over the counter ammo. Security did respond, but they were way over their heads on this one. I mean most of these security guards don't even pack a gun. I personally think that security and LVPD response was very reasonable considering how fast the situation developed. Let's face it, you might train for these situations, but the odds are most will never face these kind of situations in a lifetime, meaning it goes out the door as soon as the training is over with, so most are caught off guard when these kind of horrors do take place.

He wasn't zeroing in on people, he was aiming into the crowd that had no clue what was happening until it was too late, and that is why there is not 500 dead and 58 or 59 wounded instead. You are looking for accuracy, which he was not aiming for. Now when it comes to weapons modification I do understand your point, but you have to realize also that some modifications do work and some don't. Now since he planned this out like a mission, I am sure he had lots of practice way beforehand, and fixed or just abandoned some gun modifications for another modification. It is called trial and error, until you get it right, surprisingly ammo can make all the difference also, because I can attest that one brand of ammo can work great in one gun, while the same ammo in another gun that is exactly the same doesn't work worth a damn. Bottom line, the Vegas shooter did his homework before he committed the horror.

Look for the photo released/leaked that show the dead "lone wolf" on the floor. Then take special note that there is a rifle on a bipod OVER his left leg. They reported that he was killed on breech, then they said it was suicide, now they are back to killed on breech. Looking at his body position with the rifle over his left leg...... hmmmmmm> I hope you can find it, but the pic of his face shows he spit up a lot of blood, but you can see he was shot in the lower chest to stomach from the front. With the rifles position and his final resting spot, that means he was shot by someone else standing in the room at the broken window. SWAT didn't enter the window and they did not have a sniper shooting into the room. For all those who say the 4th floor muzzle flashes were the reflection of a strobe light, tell me how a moving cab wouldn't have fallen out of the reflective line of sight of that distant strobe reflection. Not to mention other camera angles showing the same muzzle flash. Just watch all the first shooting videos.....where the guy was still singing on stage. You can hear shots and echo, but then you will hear overlapping fire. Head back to the pics in the room and look at the shot with his legs in the photo....top left of that photo is the window he was shooting from. From a technical point bump stock is not automatic but it gets pretty close to the rate of fire of a true automatic. It doesn't matter that he used a bump stock, the people were in a very large and tight group and that's what allowed him to kill so many.
If you watch the Hartman video the whole street is lighting up but no flash coming from the window. Doesn't make sense, it would take a light source to do that and none was coming out of the window.

Why is the floor where the security guard got shot, not taped off as a crime scene? Why did he stop firing after only 10 minutes of gunfire?
