Markis Cross you can break them (the guns) down much smaller and bring them in discreetly. He rented that room in advance, and he'd already been there for a few days. He didn't have to bring the bags in all at once. Also, there are multiple containers that ppl wouldn't look twice at, including a guitar case, golf club bag (as another person already mentioned), and once they're broken down (as you would in order to clean them), they'd fit into a regular large suitcase. He had a few days to do it too, so with busy times (it's a huge hotel), shift changes, etc, there's not much chance that anyone is paying THAT much attention to him randomly walking through with a bag. Remember, we're looking at this in hindsight. If anyone suspected him or knew it was coming, sure, they'd watch for suspicious bags, multiple trips, etc. However, these are regular, every day employees just at work, thinking about what they're having for dinner, wishing they had a day off, texting their girlfriend during slower times, etc. They aren't trained cops or detectives, just normal, everyday people. I understand how you feel. It's awful and irritating that no one saw this coming and prevented it somehow. These people and their families are suffering needlessly, some died bc of this awful man. It is human nature to look for preventive measures and feel anger and sadness that it happened. It makes me want to punch ppl even though it's the tragedy and the shooter I'm really angry with.

Police report says Paddock moved to the hotel on 28th but the hotel bill posted by hotel staff ( now removed but you can find its screenshots on other sources) clearly shows that he had ordered room service for two on 27th September. His name and room number is present in the receipt. He wasn't alone like official reports are saying.

Police never said they killed him, they said the shooter was down and later confirmed it as a suicide. Reports may have circulated that they killed him, but LVMPD never confirmed it. if you are reffering to the "muzzle flash" seen on the 4th floor, that was a strobe light that could be seen well before and after the attack.
