This is the BEST #glutenfree and #dairyfree recipe on the internet. It is creamy, flavorful, and quite rich (save for special occasions and cheat meals). This recipe is adaptable so feel free to sub in #veganmeat , #tempeh , or gluten/dairy products.

Ingredients:
Meat Sauce:
1 tsp of avocado oil
16 Oz of Ground Beef
16 Oz of Ground Italian Sausage
½ tsp of salt
2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of onion powder
2 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of dried thyme
½ tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
½ of a large onion diced
1 tbsp of garlic paste or 2 cloves of crushed or diced garlic
2 tbsp of tomato paste
4 chopped basil leaves
28 oz of crushed tomatoes
24 oz of tomato sauce (1 jar)
Level 10 Ricotta Spread:
8 oz of dairy free Ricotta
6 oz of Dairy Free Boursin or Cashew Cheese (Herb Garlic)
1 oz of Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp of sour cream
2 chopped basil leaves
¼ tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp of onion powder
½ tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of garlic powder
¼ cup of water
Others:
16 oz of freshly grated dairy free mozzarella
8 oz of freshly grated dairy free provolone
16 oz of Gluten Free Lasagna noodles
4 oz of Dairy Free Parmesan

Great job. Why did you add crushed tomatoes plus luccini? Vs. just using lucini?

Thanks for watching and asking! I use a lot of seasoning when I cook and Lucini uses a lot of the seasoning that I used. Since I season and flavor at every step, I didn’t want the favor to be overpowering by doubling up the Lucini. The plain crushed tomatoes makes everything even.
