finally a lasagna sheet. After going through most of the lasagne video almost all of them uses ready made sheet, shame as that was what I was after as I wanted to try to make one.

the hand coming in to snatch a piece of the scraps reminds me when I was a kid and my mom would make noodles. Snatching the raw drying noodles was the best snack, even if I would get scolded!

Do u dry them before freezing? A lot of blogs recommend doing that for fresh pasta and wondered if that was necessary.. Thanx for the video that is very concise and to the point, without rambling

Hi, I do like how you make this look easy😁. just a small question, is there any reason why everyone cut the sheet into rectangles like you did? Would it make any difference if you left it as you had after rolling them out, in the start when you trimmed out the edges before cutting them into smaller pieces? I’m just curious? Thanks

If I'm making baked lasagna do I need to parboil the fresh pasta. And how long do I cook the lasagna if I'm assembling it with fresh pasta?

250g All Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp Salt Mix well add Two Eggs mix Add water little by little form a hard dough Rest in fridge for 15 minutes cut into 4 parts roll into thin sheets

Do you boil the sheets then use them in a lasagne to reduce the cooking time in the oven? Like, if you don't boil the sheets before assembling the lasagne, do you cook the lasagne longer in the oven? What are the benefits of boiling the sheets?

Dont ever add oil 2 ur pasta water. It makes the pasta oliy n the sauce will be less likely to absorb into the pasta. Where did u get this from? Jamie Oliver? 😂

You should use 00 flour, not all purpose flour

Why do you do things like after you cut them into four you show yourself rolling it into a ball and then it magically snaps into you rolling the other three into a ball without explaining if you roll all into a ball the same ball or if you make four individual balls and roll them out with the rolling pin like what the hell..??

All purpose flour is not good for health
