Stir the ricotta mixture all through it half...then rest for topping later. Sprinkle Romano cheese into and on top too...❤

I don’t eat ground beef. I use ground turkey but I always add sausage to it. It gives the sauce so much extra flavor.☺️

I've made Lasagna Soup and loved it!! I mixed all the ingredients ...shredded cheese, ricotta cheese, noodles, hamburger, sauce, canned tomatoes and spices in one pan and let them cook til it became a thicker consistency. It was so good! Yours looked delicious, too!! Very yummy!!

When I made mine I mixed ricotta and cream cheese and I did mine in the crockpot. I put the cheese mixture in about 2 hours after it had been cooking. It was good but it wasn’t something I would make often.

@Prettynflawed i actually never heard of lasagna soup before. you're a great cook But now i'd like to make it as well. Even though i'm not a fan of lasagna or of motz cheese. I've never made the lasagna soup, BUT I make stuffed pepper casserole, and it was very similar, minus the noodles. The casserole uses rice. Soooo good!

I had no idea this was considered a new thing, but we always add some kind of sausage to it. We always add cheese in the pot and on top and we also sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese when it’s done adding a little tomato paste gives it another kind of kick and lots of garlic.

We have GOT to be about the same age! 😂As soon as you said “pick up the pieces” I immediately thought about Martin too! 🤣🤣🤣 Like yourself I also loooove me a good episode (or 2 or 3 or 4 😬) of Good Times..Sanford and Son and The Jefferson’s. First off I luv your heart shaped pot. My daughter made this soup a while back, she used grounded turkey and turkey broth it was really good 👍 I wouldn't mind eating it again 😋 It's better than the canned soup. It was tasty and hearty. Didn't care for the ricotta cheese topper I would prefer just cheese in my soup.

Looks good! I will definitely make this recipe. Always looking for something different to make. I would definitely add some cheese to the soup and probably add Jimmy deans sausage along with ground beef. Jimmy Dean sausage is a little spicy. Cool thanks❤

I haven’t made it in a very long time, but I did use hamburg and sausage. I’ve used chicken or vegetable stock. You can make it many ways really. Like I do not put onion in mine cause I do not like onions. I do use onion powder for the taste if anything. Then I would just snap up the lasagna noodles a little smaller. But I think you did your way just fine. Enjoy!

The price for those chicken wings 👍🏾. And I also saw the crawfish for 5.99 (I assume per pound). Here the crawfish is $12.99 per pound. Those were really good prices on most of the grocery items shown

I use Italian sausage and I mix in the mozzarella in the pot before serving! It makes it nice and cheesy that way, but it does thicken it up a little. ❤

I haven't made lasagna soup in a long time. I do remember using a small noodle that looked like a mini lasagna noodle. I don't remember what it's called. I do believe that I added cheese to the pot.

I make a great lasagna and never thought about making a soup.May give it a try. Where did you get the purple heart pot? I watch your videos and never saw it.I even went back and rewatched the past 2 weeks of videos looking for it.I would love to give it to my oldest daughter because purple is her favorite color. Make sheet pan lasagna. The Italian lady on the Food network started but it’s genius when you don’t want that heavy lasagna. I mixed my cheese in my lasagna soup.

My 13 year old daughter makes this. It tastes amazing and so delicious. She adds the cheese to the soup. No ricotta though. And she puts a little sprinkle of sugar.
