My laser hair removal on my upper lip and chin, these are results so far. I have had 4 treatments, I am also doing my underarms but forgot to take pics along the way. let me know if you'd like to see a full video and if you have any questions I'll answer them in a long youtube video since a minute isn't enough to really get into depth. So far I do like the results, I especially see improvement on my underarms and chin, I was told the upper lip will take longer. I do have melasma from my pregnancy on the upper lip. Also wanted to share cause I feel not enough women talk about hair growth related to hormones and aging for the most part.

I personally feel that my facial hair got worse, because now I have to shave. Im so self conscious about my hair now because I see it and feel it all the time.

It’s pretty pricey I want to say it was around 1500 for both for 9 sessions, I did a payment plan which most places offer

⁠ oh 😅 I went in with the full growth but you can go in with it shaved. No plucking, wax, cream remover or threading before any laser. Basically you want the hair root to be there for laser❤

I have PCOS and my facial hair is not thick that much except is everywhere I am thinking about facial Laser but I heard it comes thicker and worse is that true?

That's my worry as well. I did some 'research' on reddit and it seems that mostly people didn't have that issue, but for some the lasering just didn't do anything. I think it's pretty individual what happens so maybe just test a small patch first and see

I have not had that experience actually the opposite, the hair is less and more fine. I’m my chin and underarms it’s been months since my last treatment and no hair in sight. I would go for a consultation maybe do one area and see how it goes 💜

Still not done I have 9 in total but you make appointments for every 8-9 weeks so the growth cycle of the hair has time

The first weeks is where my melasma acts up and it becomes darker and then fades quite a bit. Other than that I just wait for the hair to regrow and go to my next session. I didn’t have any shedding or irritation on my face or underarms. The hair stopped coming out on my chin after the 4th session and my underarms after the 7th…I still have some on my upper lip growing and have my last 9th appt this month. Might need extra sessions but we’ll see

It has helped eliminate the hair and with each session they increase the strength of the laser. It isn’t painful to me on chin and underarms but the upper lip makes me jump a little from the sting 🫣

does anyone have any tipps on how to survive the time when letting the hair grow? (chin, upper lip) So far I always plucked the hairs, but now I made an appointment for laser removal and I have to shave the hair in the meantime. However the hair has gotten thicker and stronger.... And I really wanna pluck it, but I am refraining from it, but it's super difficult...

I would just shave with the small face razors, it’s a pain but overtime you’ll see an improvement and have to do it less 🥰

The first day it does become a little red but nothing too bad, I already had melasma before starting and I fell like the few days after it does make it a bit darker. Other than that no issues

You’d have to get a quote there it depends what offers they have, I did a combination of upper lip chin and underarms and it was around $2800

It would probably be around like $170-$200 per session, but you do have to pay upfront whether that be a payment plan that you install or if you just paid all the sessions at once.

I did laser hair removal with ideal image. I will be filming a full youtube update soon now that I’ve done the full treatment. I still need to do quite a few touch ups though.

Over the yrs for my upper lip I did bleaching, waxing, threading and shaving. For my chin I would shave or pluck. I finally got tired and decided to invest in a more permanent solution and did the laser hair removal

I think once you’re done or even in between you can use. Each treatment is every 8-12 weeks and they recommend that you don’t use acids, retain a type of skin care two weeks before your laser treatment. They give you a list of pre and post treatment recommendations.

You can shave between treatments if you want, I did after the first treatment but after that I’ve just let it cause it’s growing less and less. Especially underarms and chin was a huge change 🥰

It depends where you get it done and what areas you get done. For the lip and chin it would be about $100-300 per treatment. They recommend at least 9 treatments. They usually bundle prices and have payment plans
