We are cutting parts of size 300mm x 700mm from 6 mm plate of size 1250x3000mm. But while cutting our plate move sideways due to heat and we are not getting accurate size and 90 degree on all sides

@@Hindcam Thank you for your quick response to my question we want to use netrogen because cutting it high quality than air from air compressor, but my question is meaning how much the gas it consumption liter per min (lpm) because standard cylinder of oxygen or netrogen in our country is 40 liter it means each cylinder have 5000 liter of netrogen or oxygen I think nozzle it need for cutting 5 to 6 mm stainless steel is 3 mm

Nitrogen to cut Stainless steel (if clean edge is required) Air is used to save cost in place of nitrogen. Oxygen is used to cut Mild Steel thicker than 3 or 4 or 5 mm depending on laser power
I have question regarding the Gas Consumption here. How you manage to find the cost of gas consumption by just comparing the difference in pressure ?! How a user can know how much amount of O2 or I will say how many liters of O2 is consumed during the Process ?!
Hello Sir. The consumption depend on sheet thickness (nozzle size). The cylinder which we used have 1200 liter oxygen (at 1 atm). So gas consumption is about 7 liter per minute
