Exciting! I have both as well so I'm watching now to see how your results compare to mine. Couldn't find your chart to download -- ?? I have a feeling I know what your final thoughts will be . . . . Time for face & neck - Lyma - 75 to 90 mins. (inc. lots of 5 min. holds), Nira 12 mins. Skincare - Lyma - really really dislike their Mist & Glide, instead I use a variety of oils. Also, don't like Lyma's Serum & Cream either. Nira - haven't tried their products but absolutely love that you use it on clean skin. Lyma - totally pain free, Nira Pro - zero pain, unless you don't lift it to move to next spot, that creates a lot of heat. Lyma - it takes soooo long that it's a bore. Personally I think all the gliding doesn't do all that much for your skin as the laser doesn't get a chance to train on anything, so I do a 5 min. glide on each of cheeks, forehead & neck, and then do about 12 5-min. holds on various parts of my face. I too have thought a bit about whether it's the products and hour facial massage might be a big part of my results. Lyma - I don't mind looking in the mirror for 12 mins. while I use it. Eyes -- I use Lyma across my upper lips and holds on various places above my brows to get eyebrow lift, which also helps with hoods. With Nira, I do 3 zaps over each upper eyelid and then zap above my brows to give them lift. Both do give lift and have evened my brows. But I think Nira probably accomplishes that over a shorter period of time. Skin Quality -- I think they both improve skin quality/texture. Also, both greatly reduce redness as in banish it completely -- at least for me, and I have rosacea. Skin Firmness - Lyma does help with firmness, slowly, very slowly. Nira - not sure. Here's a question that maybe you can get answered -- I don't know what they call them, but you know that test you can get that shows sun damage? I'd love to know if either of these devices show improvement in those tests? Lyma says it does deep to actually fix damage so I would think those tests should show less damage over time??? Which would I recommend? I doubt people want to spend 60 to 90 mins. a day so the Lyma will get old quickly. Nira at just 12 min. a day, which includes extra passes all around my eyes, is a piece of cake. I have to say after using my Lyma religiously every night for 4 months, I've kind of pooped out this last month, so I've got my battery charging and start again tonight, I promise (I hope). Loved your video!!!!

Thanks, Trina!! Love your videos and how thorough you are with reviewing devices. You have definitely inspired most, if not all, of my beauty device purchases! 😀 I have and love both! ❤ I've had the Nira since August and use it more because it's faster, but I try to fit in the Lyma at least twice a week. I got the Lyma in December and committed to the 30-60 mins the first 3 months. I was excited to use it and the time passed pretty quickly since I am always doing it when we're winding down before bed and watching TV. I also do the Nira while watching TV. In the beginning I used the mirror, but now I pretty much have a sense of the "route" around my face. Although... My face must be much bigger than Trina's because it takes me longer than 3 minutes. 😂 I love and will continue to use both because of the improvement in skin texture and my fine lines have softened.

Hi! Quick comment -as a lyma laser user for couple years now I’ll say I use NO skincare under it just clean skin and it is very good at giving a glowy, plumped look to the skin …as well as improving skin texture scars pores acne even some lifting/refining of jaw line…it clearly isn’t skincare doing it for me. I look rested and healthier in the immediate hour or so after using it. 15 mins gets you some circulation and plump to the skin before makeup for an event. Longer sessions in front of television/ while reading most nights before bed are where long term change occurs. It is not for faint of heart. It takes too long and isn’t immediate enough for most people. It’s for people willing to use it at least 30 mins for real change.

I have the Nira Laser and use it regularly. I have to be careful with all my heated devices because I’ve experienced burns. I’m not sure if it’s working for me or not. That’s because I use a lot of devices and I’m not testing them like an influencer.

Hi, any restrictions with the Lyma or Nira for acne? My menopausal skin doesn't cooperate sometimes. I have the Nira precision, and I've learned the hard way that the concentrated precision tip hurts A LOT on skin imperfections. With the bigger tip on the Nira pro, does the larger laser surface area dilute it so there's less pain? I knew nothing about the Lyma before today. Thanks!
@NIRA_skin
@NIRA_skin Месяц назад
Hi, @SherriEhlers We're sorry to hear about your experience with the NIRA Precision. With the NIRA Pro, the larger laser surface area can indeed make the treatment feel less intense because it distributes the energy over a broader area. We have no evidence to support any contraindications regarding acne. However, it's still crucial to avoid using it directly on active acne or broken skin to prevent irritation.

Thanks for the thorough review ❤ I'm leaning towards Nira because of both the budget and the treatment time (I'm a new mom 😅). You mentioned that you do your Nira treatment at night, is that the same time you use your LED mask? Would they go well together considering they both give the skin sime heat? I use my LED mask right before sleep. How about the combination of Nira and microcurrent devices such as Bear2? I don't have a microcurrent device right now but am thinking of getting one in about a year once my baby has a better sleeping schedule and I can afford to have more self-care time. I'm wondering though, how I'd layer LED, Nira, and micro current together, or if purchasing Nira now will prevent me from using a micro current device
@NIRA_skin
@NIRA_skin Месяц назад
Hi, @jackiel7728 Thank you for choosing NIRA! We suggest incorporating complementary skincare tools alongside NIRA. Alternate their usage, using NIRA in the morning and other devices in the evening to allow your skin time to rest. Just keep in mind that with more use of skincare devices, your skin might need extra hydration in those areas, but other than that, you should be fine and it is totally safe!

hi trina which one is best for lifting coz i don't have hyperpigmentation or wrinkles and am most concerned about jowls and nasalabia folds
@NIRA_skin
@NIRA_skin Месяц назад
Hi, @fennlynn7675 Our non-fractional laser device technology is not typically utilized for sculpting the jowls. This type of technology is clinically proven to build collagen for dramatic wrinkle reduction in 90 days. However, stimulating collagen production within the skin generally offers long-lasting benefits beyond wrinkle reduction. By treating deeper than just the skin's surface, gradual yet lasting skin renewal occurs - resulting in a jowl reduction over time.
@beautybeyond40
@beautybeyond40 Месяц назад
Per the chart I created, neither of them include “lifting” as a concern they treat. However, feel free to look at my before and after photos to see which one you think gives you the results you like more. I tend to view lifting devices as muscle tightening devices like microcurrent, which I also use along with my skin tightening devices.

Hello, few questions 1- Can I use Nira and Lyma on the same day on different parts of the face? Nira near the eyes and Lyma rest of the face? 2- Can I use Lyma with Light Salon as a part of a protocol?

yes you can use both as long as you don't overlap. if you don't overlap, you are not using both devices on the same skin. yes you can use LYMA with LED. there is no conflict.

The NIRA Lasers require consistent usage for at least 60-90 days to start seeing results. The NIRA Precision Laser is perfect for targeting small, hard-to-treat areas such as crow's feet and the general area around the eyes. Both lasers use pulse beeps to signify when it's time to move to a new spot.

Hello guys, I am 36 and using both nira pro and percision. I have severe tech neck, and after using the pro on the sides of my neck, now the deep lines have significantly improved to the point where they are becoming invisible, however the middle of my neck, I can still see the deep lines! Percision also works perfect for me when lifting my hoodie eyes, but my under eye wrinkle becomes more obvious due to dryness. overall, I personally think nira is a lot more promising then lyma. I have a lot of questions about lyma, still wondering what's the mechanisim of delivering the results. nira uses precise wavelength to heat up the water in the dermas to create acute stress on skin, red light mask use certain wavelength to regenerate the our cell, therefore becomes more healthy. This sounds a lot like how lyma is working according to this RU-vid (Sorry, I don't know her name).I am wondering if the "cold laser" is just red light, that's why it needs such a long treatment everyday to see results. With $2000 t0 $3000 budget, it makes more sense to see a professional for shorter treatment and promising results. I've heard a lot of good things about JOVS 4D mask, it uses 4 wavelengths (2 red lights, 2 lasers), 15 min/day and costs $700-$800 without promotion. People who uses it also indicate they see dramatic improvement on skin tone, much like the lyma but cheaper, easier, shorter treatment. I personally think lyma is a scam, and we should shop wisely.
@beautybeyond40
@beautybeyond40 Месяц назад
Hi. My name is Trina and I read all the comments on my channel. Thanks for your feedback. No, the LYMA is not just a red light. I explain the LLLT technology in detail in this video and discuss how it works and what it is doing. Perhaps you can watch it again? You are correct that the Nira uses heat to create stress on the skin and force collagen production per collagen induction therapy. Since the LYMA is cold, it does not cause any damage to the skin and regenerates cells and skin over time. This is why it works slower than the NIRA. Some people don't want to use heat/damage their skin to see results, which is why LYMA is a better choice for them. I also cover this in detail in my video. I have the JOVS mask and haven't seen much improvement over a month+ of use. I still use my NIRA and LYMA devices and based on my results, I don't think they are a scam, but since you disagree, you can shop per your opinions. Thanks for watching.

I wanted to like the Lyma so badly, but after so much experience watching their social media, their founder Lucy only shows long distance shots of herself, and if you do see a video with a content creator she hasn’t filtered, you can see that she has wrinkles and clearly uses Botox on her forehead. I don’t believe that the Lyma is the miracle device it is being promoted as. Plus the people they use on their social media promotions are either young (so don’t yet have aging skin) or celebrities who are clearly using professional procedures. If the Lyma was as good as they claim, why don’t they show real before and after images of everyday people that are not filtered or photoshopped in any way? Again, I’m not a hater, I really wanted to like the Lyma.
