First thing i do is plug in the cable to the phone to use android auto and just toss it in the cupholder in the middle. i like how they left a small hole at the bottom so you can still pass through a cable to connect android auto
I leave my phone in the compartment underneath the radio where I plug in for Apple CarPlay. This looks like an excellent product from LasFit! Great product review video Chris!
When I get in my car I leave my phone is the cup holder, or sometimes when that’s full, I just throw near the shifter. This thing would be perfect to have my phone where it can have a nice new home! 😳 The product looks pretty good! I like how it telescopes and has that flip so the vent won’t move
Just bought a phone mount in June. So I put my phone on there sometimes or on my lap. Would’ve bought this one instead if I waited. It’s cool that it’s wireless, has a clean and sleek look, i like how it closes and releases the phone, would also match my car mats! I have the same car as you and have bought a few things you’ve mentioned and recommended.
I was thinking about buying a wireless charger pad for my 2020 sport hatch since I always "throw" my phone on the little center area. This looks like a better alternative due to the screen not being obstructed and it's a lot cheaper than the wireless pad. Thanks Chris will most definitely look into it! 🤘
I leave my phone in the little center console pocket next to the driver seat. Since the Civic doesn’t have wireless CarPlay, I keep the cable wrapped enough to have access to my phone to keep it connected but also in case I need to physically check it. I’m not sure if I’d use the wireless charger since my phone needs to be connected, but getting it would be the perfect reason for me to get the wireless CarPlay adapter! Keep up the videos man 😁
I always leave my phone on the left cutout right next to where you can plug-in your charging cable out car outlet. (next to my right leg) and I always leave my phone in my car when I get out. I guess outta sight outta mind is true 🤣😭
I always leave my phone in the little 'cubby' on the 10th gen civic...and my phone really doesn't fit well in there (Note 20 Ultra!)!! This charger looks beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sleek design and functionality. I'd LOVE the chance to win one of these...and, if not...buy one! ;-)
I have a similar one cheap from one from Amazon that my phones sits in but it is breaking so my phone pretty much sits in my cupholder nowadays 😂😂 this charger looks awesome and would be an amazing upgrade!
I leave my phone in the cubby underneath the radio. It looks like a great product that I would use daily because it would give my phone a better place to be and would charge it at the same time.
I use a magnetic mount but, because of the way it fits my vent, the phone slides down and eventually falls straight onto my knee cap. It seriously hits my knee EVERY SINGLE TIME...I would LOVE to try this mount. Pick me, pick me!!
I just got a 21 Civic Hatchback Ex on 07/24, and still trying to decide the best place to put my phone. I've tried several locations but not pleased with any of them. This would be the perfect solution.
Recently purchased a 21 Hatchback Sport in Silver! I have a 12 max and it’s too big to fit in the area near the radio so I have to put it in the cup holder. Would definitely appreciate this charger!
I can tell you suction cups never work long term. 2, the issue i have with mounting it on the fan is that during hot weather you can aim it at your face and the phone gets frozen.
i leave my phone in the cubby under the ac stuff and it always slides out when i do pulls lol so this product will definitely keep my phone in place when i have fun with my civic
When I get in my car I usually throw my phone in the cup holder and it's a pain bc I never charge it so I have to make the extra step to connect the charger to my phone. With this it would be a game changer! :)
I leave my phone on the left side AC vent because it was a decent spot away from everything. But I recently purchased ktuner and was looking for a product just like this! Would love to win the giveaway! Keep on postin Chris! Thanks.
I leave mine upside down in the cup holder of my civic so the wire sticks up so it doesn't get bent. This would probably alleviate that issue for me lol I like the wireless charger aspect of it because i've only had phone holders that just held your phone and you still had to plug in a wire into the bottom of the phone :/
quick question, how could you incorporate this in your car so you have wireless charging but also apple carplay?? I love the product but I also really love apple carplay.
The only problem I have is. Is that I lose my CarPlay or android auto. I could get the wireless adapter for the wireless CarPlay or android auto. But that’s like an extra 90-120 dollars just to mount my phone.
In a car with Android Auto or Apple Car Play, car mounts are almost unnecessary. I could understand adding a wireless charging mount somewhere in the center console for the wireless Android Auto or Apple Car Play but otherwise, the phone is going to be plugged in. Seems like a very good product for older cars or if you have a true reason to be able to access your phone that can't be done through the car's infotainment system. Otherwise, I would say there is no need. It's a hard sell on modern cars.
Here's an idea that works for me so far, get A/C ductwork foil tape and cut it to the shape of the circle and put on the outside of the shield covering the plastic holder. It's pretty much building a "Sun Shield" I discovered this "FIX" for all of my dashcams - which used to be damaged from baking in the sun.
I have a spigen case on my iPhone which is pretty thin and it won’t charge with the case on I am so disappointed because I have to have my case on my phone but I can’t use the fast charger with my case on the phone what a total waste of money
I wouldn’t buy once. It would look better on a civic 2008. But in 2021 the technology is so advanced that it makes it look like you’re using it for gps. If you know what I mean. 🤣
Chris Chris Chris... I have been around for a very long time and always enjoy your videos. I bought the lasfit floor mats for my 2021 civic sport touring because of you. (Still wishing they'd release a hatchback matching mat..) Anyway, this video does not feel nearly as genuine as the rest of your videos. You always bring good vibes and seem very happy with your car and the mods you do to it. This however feels like you're only doing it for the brand deal and you almost sounded like a robot.. I did not like this at all. Never sell yourself short. Please, if you get sponsors don't do it just for the money, because this put a nasty taste in my mouth about you. Please do them only if you genuinely care and have a need for the product you're showing. Even if you wouldn't use it, be honest about it in the reviews! I know it will still benefit other buyers and drive sales for the company, but I just don't want to see this be the path you take with the channel. The plastic on that looked very cheap and fidgety but you made it sound like it was the best thing you've ever touched.. Just my two senses. Hope you understand what I'm saying! You're a great dude and I love watching your content and benefitting off of it for my own customizations. Don't sell out!
