I have had so many people ask how as a lash artist I can expect to make over $100K a year and this video describes my exact response. We work hard and we bust our butts just as much outside the chair as we do in it.
Think about this, we don't get paid when we aren't lashing... ever... but yet we are responding to clients, marketing, running social media platforms, planning lash sets,our own professional photographers and business advisor, accountant and book keeper... THIS STUFF TAKES TIME.. Not to mention that we have a high overhead cost.

Quick Breakdown of Why Eyelashes Services are priced so high:
Your INVESTMENT COST- Time it takes to perfect your craft + $$ spent on investing in education
overhead cost is high- monthly rental fees/ hydro, electricity etc
Business Insurance / Business license / fees for book keeping, accounting and general costs associated with business
setup cost- bed, led lash light, room decor, quality lash supplies, blankets, storage, etc.
time invested into every service. work starts when we book the client in for the service. we chat back and forth to make a time work. once we finish that we begin working on designing the set and purchasing products necessary for the look the client desired, followed by the setup time taken to get our room ready for the client to come. Services can take 1.5-4 hours and then afterwards we must clean up, reorganize, disinfect products, do all laundry and rebook the client!
