unit still need new selector slider as well as input selector. all parts tested good. need to go over pots as well as fix the fm ic. would make a nice unit a mp3 player mod ill do a part 2
I actually just got one of these, but the top tape deck just rewinds and fast forwards for a few seconds each way and the bottom doesn’t seem to play, but will rewind and fast forward seem to work. I’d love to hear any insight you may have!
I just had one of these given to me today. Will power on, the dials moves. Volume pot turns but makes popping and scratching sounds. No AUDIO what so ever. Adjusting the tuning dial, does not seem to be picking up anything.. Any ideas?
When i see the function selector for selecting either radio or tape was spinning i thought bonus, i'm going to see how Karma Electronics repairs it. Mine is spinning too. Oh well, disappointed so my search continues on a vid showing how to repair the function selector.
when i took the back off my lasonic trc-931 the yellow antenna wire came off and im not sure where it plugs in on the board if you could tell me i would really be greatfull thanks
goes directly onto a standalone post looks like a small.nail out of the tuner board. u should see some solder on that "nail" part and viola there is goes
Do you work on all vintage Ghetto blasters, i have a Conion, it needs cassette belts and the tuner light is out. Perhaps you can repair it, or know someone else who can?
How can I repair my volume know it's a pain to get the volume to work rite it hard to get it turn down low it's always like blasting the. I fight with the knob and it goes down somewhat
@@KarmaElectronics. Mine don't have a pot mine is infinite turning maybe I check to see if the solder is loose or maybe wire loose to see mine is the 931BT model
