They were broken in the sense that they were refusing to redesign. The current 2024 Ram 2500 still uses the cab and bed from a 2009 Ram. The 2024 Challenger still uses the same body from 2008. You can keep the power while at the same time modernizing the car.

I was a massive mopar fan since the age of 10 and I am now 19. I never changed up m mind dodge was more than a brand for me. What you guys are doing breaks my heart and the one of all your loyal customers or even future customers. The worst part is that Ford is going to steal a major part of dodge usual buyers since THEY did not discontinue their v8 mustang. Anyways FCA should of never merge. the power is lower, the acceleration is worse, and it weights more. I know we have to change to electric for the enviroment, but how do you know that the electricity that you use in your car comes from sustainable sources? Electric motors have considerably more horsepower than ICE engines due to the more efficient power delivery, same with acceleration as unlike ICE engines, Electric motors are always at peak torque, they don’t need to rev up for 2hrs before getting to max power.

the reason why there stopping is chrysler (the owner of dodge and jeep) is making a full commitment to EVs (even though they arent all that helpful because of the way the batteries are made) so they are started production for an EV charger or challenger wich so thats why they are ending the trailer for the charger looked like dodge made this decision themeselves but no chrysler forced the dodge company to stop making the v8 hemi and v6 and v10s due to this new commitment

Put the prices from 2017 on these cars a new scat use to be 36k the srt 392 model before discontinuing 2015-2018 45-50k then a hellcat was 65-80k but it’s got so bad the R/T’s are 45k a V6 is 35k the scats are at 50-65k and hellcats are at 85-100k

Dunno their marketing strategy, but I just know two things. The first is that their sales are down, and they are trynna change the situation they are in. The second one is about discontinuing the current ones; no one wants it to happen. As a wise man said,If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it. Anyway,I won't be able to get a challenger.I'm happy with my Prius but sad to see this legend go.
