Going through some comments I would like to enhance a fact, we Indians need to stop the act to stare. I request all to change this habbit and neutralise with all people not just foreigners. I see girls working so safely as a conductor. Such respectful thing for a country where there is safety for girls. I hope I am not harsh but sharing a fact we all should follow. Let's change the habbit and let people have their own space. NOT to stare any one be it foreigner or Indian, a Girl or Lady or a Woman or who so ever the person is. "Staring or Gazing someone is injourious to health" should be our moto.
Those PPl Who stare wont be in youtube mate,They will be somewhere in roads spitting and throwing trash.Only 0.11 percent of indians are in youtube So its pretty pointless to say it here.Just saying.
Staring is considered a bad habit in western world. Staring not just towards girls but other ppl is also considered bad. Girls and women need to be treated with care and respect in whatever part of the world. Only then the society and nation actually progress.

I would not have made up my mind;) Russia is a peace-loving, kind and versatile country, known for its hospitality and the mysterious Russian soul. Yes, in the USSR there was less difference in income, there was more stability and maybe not so the borders were opened for foreigners, but people remember the wonderful films, exciting dances, aromatic tea with an elephant on a pack - all this from India. Varun, if you travel to the countries of the former USSR, I advise you to buy from India a few packs of Indian tea. It will be inexpensive and a bit on weight, but it will be a tremendous surprise for people helping you older generation. Now many fakes and real Indian tea can not be found in stores. But the Russians who lived in the Soviet Union will be happy to recall the taste of the wonderful Indian tea.
