i was kinda screaming when i heard them on triple J. this sounds like the older album but if it had a really beautiful baby with synthetic samples. its the chill organic indie rock sound they have with a few synthetic elements and its perfection

Day 4: I was just graduating High School when I discovered these guys. Was working at Hollister at the time, part time for my senior year. I hear “Apollo” in rotation all day. But the day I heard this. I literally dropped my stack of clothes on the wood floor. And couldn’t believe my ears. I grew up in a Baptist home, and listening to nothing but Hip-Hop, Old School RNB, and a brief exposure to Rock Music by my friends and the off the wall tracks you recognize in movies. But, I had never heard Alt before. Especially nothing like this. It defies logic in a traditional sense. This sound saved my life.
