Hey guys, currently testing Maelstorm instead of Leap Slam, will update when I can.

Im not sure if it'll help, but maybe something to test is to take a few points from lamprey teeth to porcine constitution, or probably more impactfully boar heart, Since it will give you aspect of the boar on melee hit instead of taking a melee hit. If you really feel like you need an extra source of health gain you could get the hunger of the void blessing from The black sun monolith which will give you % of spell damage leeched as health. it minor but might work out. Very interesting build. I might play around with it soon.

Hi, looks a very fun build! 🤗 Could I possibly ask for you to put screen grabs of your talent trees at the end so we can follow them please? Trying to get screen grabs during your video was extremely difficult because you kept changing screens or had the mouse over an ability which blocked some of the view from number of talent points etc and the jumping skill wasn’t displayed, unless I missed it ofc. 🤗 Look forward to trying this out! Looks fun and has multiple buttons to press and isn’t “meta”, which is a huge plus!!! Thanks for taking the time to share your build. 🤗

im doin a build with shaman with wolves but im not doing melee im doing magic with maelstrom and avalanche you think it works? Just feel like their damage sucks but don't know how to scale the wolves the best i wanted to do more ice damage but also grabbed the two combanion nodes im just also not good with understanding scaling fully and also tend to pick stuff cuzz it sounds kool and dont think any of my nodes on the wolf tree are 5/5 if that makes any difference

Have you considered replacing Leap with Warcry and going for Berserker, Ferocity and Debilitating for more dmg and survivability?

I’m brainstorming a frost form of this, drop maelstrom and wolf for avalanche and thorn totem, go ham with frost damage everywhere. No idea if it will work, but I hope it does 😂 it sounds fun

Is there any Elemental shaman build like in WoW? Like a caster with lightning bolt/chain lightning?

After playing the meta "lightning bug" druid build to level 90, which i didnt like a lot because the bug feels weird to play; I landed on a similar build Crows, with the node to teleport on the cast, worse than wolves, but I feel fits better on the class fantasy. and one slot i get a movement spell and a pet Warcry(heal and attackspeed) Storm Totem(Good aoe) Tornado(lightning bolt bot and good aoe) Gathering storm(i do get Melee damage) I just hit monolits and being a blast to play.

The build seems really cool. I was thinking on what to do with the primalist. Also, just something for your knowledge, "Shaman" is pronounced "Shah-men."

imho for me, this melee shaman build is just a worse version of lightning bear. Literally the same damage but you need to do so much more to clear that the speed can't compare. With lightning bear you just walk at a brisk pace (Rampage), occasionally roar, and all the trash mobs die.. I really wish I could get enough frostbite chance that the Maelstrom and all the lightning bolts would stack it up sky-high. It could probably work... tho It's a real shame Shattered Lance set is specifically melee cold not both melee and spell..... or if Mourningfrost scaled with attu instead of dex, it could be interesting too.. Dual damage type builds are cool but thanks to aRPG scaling it almost always forces you to hyperspecialize to do any real damage. I mean even Maelstrom does any damage on my lighting bear only because I tried hard to grab flat spell, %spell, %elemental instead of %lightning
