Gaming has been a passion of mine for 26 years now and building PCs for people is hobby I wish could translate into real work.
As you can see one of my favorite hobbies is transforming my PC into different themes and setups, hopefully inspiring some of you to go even more in depth with builds.
My current PC build: CPU: AMD Ryzen GPU: 7950x, AMD 6900xt (MSI), Motherboard: Asus Rog Crosshair Hero x670e, Ram: TForce Delta DDR5 6000, Storage: WD Black sn850x 2tb ssd, PSU: Asus Rog Thor 1000 platinum EVA edition, CPU Cooler: Asus Rog Ryujin 2 360 aio, Lian Li Lancool 3, Lian Li SL 120 inf fans (x9),
@@Mdntech3000 For the passives there is level by level progression, but for the skill tree not yet, also could you provide which skills we should upgrade first (i mean in what order)? Thank you so much for this build!
@iDESTRAKSZYN gathering storm > tempest strike > wolves or crows. Use gathering storm to level until you get enough skill points for friends of the tempest to consistently generate stacks for tempest strike to expend them.
Just dual wielding your preferred melee weapons getting flat added and increased lightning with increased attack speed. Idols will come as you map and aren’t critical at all. Really easy and simple build to play tbh
www.lastepochtools.com/planner/BrpE2W4A Something like this, best node is probably increases to lightning damage also affect storm crows. The crit nodes are very good, although the shared lightning damage stacks the crows provide are probably better. It's pretty flexible.
I talk about it in the video. I believe Storm Crows are WAY better in all aspects except pet survivability (which got buffed this patch anyway). I only go wolves for thematics but with the pet health buff storm crows are the choice for min maxing and pushing higher corruption.
God help me... Any race warlock can get 20 ac pre underdark around level 3 act one. 10 base + 3 from 16 dex + 3 from mage armor + 2 from bracers of defence (nerco lab) + 1 from robes will gets for killing karlach + 1 ring of defence. Admittedly the ring of defence is probably level 4. If you would like to play gith for the medium armor thats an option. The real reason youd want them tho is their great swords that give bonus damage on hit. Now you can disguise self and still get that benefit unless they patched that. Humans get access to a sheild by default. So if you dont want to lock up your gloves you'll want that. For most people wyll is the best warlock. Early game he can use a shield. In act two he gets his quest sword, which is a rapier that scales off charisma and can summon a cambion. It also boosts spell casting. If you get duel weilding you can put that in your offhand, and the shattered flail in your main hand. If you wear the broodmothers revenge you will both heal every turn and also maintain 1d6 poision damage every attack. You could also wear the wound closer to get max healing per turn. The duel weilding will also give you plus 1 ac. The sword of mind and body could be paired with the risky ring to give you permanent 1d8 pysc damage if you dont need the healing. This would be 3 attacks every turn with no accuracy penelty. Phalar aluv is also broken. It can be found in the first 2 hours and is one or two handed. Going into act 3 you could use belm, which allows you to attack with bonus actions. Using this you can either weild the staff in your offhand or use a sheild. This also give you full charisma bonus on all 3 attacks as warlock doesnt have a way to get two weapon fighting. If you dont care about the offhand use the duelists perogative as it gives a bonus action attack is plus 3 and is piercing damage. Piercing damage is the best in the game because bhaalist armor exists and doubles piercing damage. Notable sheilds are ketherics for the spellcasting dc or viconias for the +3 ac and other effects. If you are going gith or using 2hand weapons get the flaming greatsword early from the cambion, soul breaker from the gith in the temple, sword of chaos if you want the healing, bauldurians greataword if you pumped some points into strength, else the silver great sword as the best two hander in the game. In act two brain drain gloves can be used to make pysc damage drain stats. They are found in the hive mind area. Strange conduit ring is an easy way to force pysc damage but so is the ilithid powers if you used the zethist to make them cause bonus actions. You will always be concentrating on a spell so the ring will always be on. Gloves of balanced hands will give you two weapon fighting if you want duel weild otherwise flawed helldust gloves give on hit damage, bonespike go well with bhaal armor making all enemies weak to piercing, gauntlets of hill giant strength if you went for baldur's sword, helldusk if you want just more on hit. As far as armor you can wear helldusk with no requirements, keep using the robes, or wear bhaallist armor and give up some ac. This can be midigated by wearing the deathstalker mantle or the cloak of displacment. Finally you can get up to 24 charisma for +7 lifedrinker damage per attack plus the normal weapon bonus. Get 20 with hag hair and one feat. Get 22 from birthright hat, and 24 from the mirror of loss. Supposedly you can get an additional +1 charisma innaddition to the 2 from the mirror.
Stock fans perform excellent. You see a lot of bench marks where this nears the top, it’s an excellent case at an excellent price point. They are coming out with an updated version of this case very soon. Lancool 206
@@Mdntech3000 are you able to use 140 fans on the bottom? Or It has to be 120 fans . I don't know much about PC builds . I hope this was a dumb question
Can someone help me out. Im trying to figure out what strimmer cable i need to get. Ive got the Asus stix 4090 OC, plus Asus Thor 1200w P2. I'm currently using the cable that comes with the PSU. Does anyone know what strimmer cable i'd need to buy? Driving me nuts trying to figure it out 😅
With the PSU you can get the 12+4 pin vhwpr to 12+4 pin vhwpr. www.amazon.com/Lian-Li-Strimer-12VHPWR-Light/dp/B0C13G4GPX/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=1RVG9WNU8A0G4&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.cB444ppsNQTRv9V-5sJlFyDtUjm3SSZ5Opsid5xi3TPu5skVrhD8lt7OX_E-3UCQ6nvQGOUSCH7VS0Z7P10fViEqv7HQU-UbX41MSJcUvlr245IIWIee0UkF7amGU8ROWybMGL3Aj78iAdJn6-pTl3r7OjlsynC_5tBw5OLwlTvlK8QkDzN2Fy2RHZDSim_DxkMJbJbp4591mnW0lNf6sQ.zZwws16mnG7OCDjKwXzCx3pW543cG-4dwAORCGGYyzU&dib_tag=se&keywords=strimer+plus+v2&qid=1719540015&sprefix=strimer+plus+v2%2Caps%2C230&sr=8-3 No affiliate link. Hi, I have the ASUS Tuf Gaming 4070 ti super and the ASUS ROG Strix 1000W Gold Aura White Edition. Can you please tell me which 2 streamers I need for the card and MB. I’ve looked everywhere and confused which ones to get. TIA
It depends on the psu. If you want to be safe get the 12vhpwr > 3x8 pin cable. You can honestly get different variations of the 12vhpwr strimer (aka strimer v2).
I have a question. In my examination of the Eldritch Knight, it says the Spell DC is based on WIS, not INT. Is that just a bug? In 5e - it is definitely INT.
That might be because I think certain spells are “assigned” to a certain save….some spells are based off wisdom and some based off INT. I remember that on my Druid for example, some spells that stated they were based off intelligence were actually rolling off my wisdom…there’s a bunch of little bugs about it, but it DEFINITELY should be INT as you said
You show a Deepcool AN600 in the opening shots and then use the NH-L9i, I'm curious why since you have room for the Deepcool and it is about 2x a better cooler. Corsair Sf750 is more money but it is worth it. The reason you remove the GPU bracket from the case is so that when you install the GPU you can access the 2 screws to secure the PCI bracket, you kind of spoiled that by putting the bracket back in the case first.
Tbh I was gonna test all of them but I was on a time crunch and couldn’t test all of them. The noctua was the first I installed so I just went with that. The Corsair 750 is just way overkill for this build..I could have went way lower on the psu but only got a sp 750 because that was the cheapest sfx pay available at microcenter. Great recommendations though I appreciate it!
I took Gunbad and traded it to Thorgrim for military access and money. Luckily Warzag lost to Karak Kadrin garrison. I just like to help my allies out. When I play Thorgrim I always try to save Barak Varr and get Military Alliance with them. Since they added the settlement trading it is much less annoying working with AI allies. If they take part of a province you want just trade them a different one or if you don't want a certain settlement give it away for money or agreements. Sadly AI hates losing settlements and will never let you buy it off them no matter what pretty much. Also can only trade one settlement at a time so cannot give them 2 for 1 sadly.
@Mdntech3000 Elspeth took a minor settlement that was part of the Dwarf Karak that Belegar usually confederates near the beginning when you play him. I tried to trade her the fort next to it and give her thousands of gold but she was like "No I would rather die". Karl liked me more than her so backed me up and declared war as well. This was a tier 2 minor settlement in the mountains that she can't even live in pretty sure. Just imagine her telling all her people they are going to fight to the last man against the High King of the Dwarfs and the Emperor to protect a tiny Dwarf settlement they don't even like instead of getting a free fort and money. Her and Ostland like to take parts of those Karaks in the mountains that border them when the Greenskins or Vampires kil the Dwarfs. I like to get them back as you know the Dwarfs are known to do after writing it down in the book and such. Just wish the AI would play along. I give Karl back the Empire lands after I kill Vlad usually. You basically need a settlement worth more to them to trade but I still don't understand how AI value settlements. I wish we could trade multiple at a time. You could do that in Three Kingdoms. If I could trade like a whole province I don't want for one minor settlement I do want that would be fine.
