Last Epoch Spell Blade- Custom build Shatter Strike & Teleport 

Been playing this game since Feb 21 so 5 days into a fresh game. I'm Noob and put a build together. I hear people using Frost Claw mainly and/or Surge. I'm building this differently coming from an OG Sorc D4 player style.
Enjoy - Level 77 at Dungeon 85 doing casual 63K DPS and forgot to add the finishing touches to the defense stats.
