I am 31 and I just completed this game..rather I would say pop is not a game.. it' an emotion..what a screenplay.. what a storyline..hats off to the developers.. it's a lifetime experience ❤️

Why would I let her sacrifice herself for the idiot gods? I will plunge the wolrd into darkness if that's what it takes... another adventure with her... one more time (his thoughts in my head as I played) I enjoyed this back in '09 and now 10 years later once again.

I wanted to play this part and complete the game but I couldnt pass through the shiny, white door due to glitch (or bug).

When I finished the game n seen ending scene I said....wtf ??? Whole adventure is ruined ...he literally did what elika's father did

Yea i get it,i love my wife so much that if i had to chose saving her or the universe i wold still take her,even for 1 more secound before we bouth die,and i can say that from the first moment i saw her

Wait a minute, i had another type of ending, where Elika is angry with Prince because he saved her and let Ahriman go, they fight Ahriman but still loose, then Elika says that only she and her people can stop Ahriman and she left Prince alone and tell him to do what he want and thats where the game ends. Man did i even play the same game?

i actually like this game

elika is the chosen one by ormazd, since she was a child. i mean, maybe she is ormazd reincarnation. she keep dreaming about a future where the darkness will conquer the world. unfortunately elika died when she excidentaly fall. at that time ahriman's seals that lock him down are already weaken. he become stronger but still feared by ormazd power. he knew elika has ormazd power. so when she diead, it is ormazd who lend his power using the last tree that seal ahriman to revive her. its not ahriman who revived her, he just confusing the mourning king to obey him and make him his pawn. long story short, the ahura lost their power that given by ormazd to seal ahriman and then they left because there is nothing else they can do to keep the seal. ormazd just left long ago with unknown purposes. but, he gave elika his power to fight against ahriman once and for all. so, at the end of this, the prince got a vision from ormazd. then the prince desroy the tree without hesitate to revive elika. thats why he deny about releasing ahriman at the dlc part.

Objectively yes it's not the best but in my opinion it is. The characters, Graphics, soundtrack and atmosphere contributes to a pure piece of art. Conversing with Elika actually gives a lot more insights containing lore and character development for both characters, it's a shame such a crucial mechanic is overlooked cause the conversations between the two does reveal a lot about themselves which makes the ending way more impactful. It's too underrated.

Few years late, but finally got around to playing it... I have some mixed feelings, though I like that it basicly tells you "the game has ended... You can turn it off here" but then let's you play on.

I swear the slow-motions are the best part here. Damn since childhood this used to be a good and nostalgic game.

The irony behind it is that "this is still by far my favorite game out of all the Prince of Persia games combined." Besides I've seen a lot of pop culture movies and video games to where choosing the loved ones over the world.

i have a ending for it when the pRINCE BREAK the seal elika get shook that i had sealed him who opened it her anger and imagination of power and ahrimans grow and grows when the prince comes back he gets frightened and elika with her magic holds him prince says remember when you say me that imagine and you will try to feel your powers elika gets reminded and starts to feel as powerful as she can when elika finished gaining them she was flying in the sky with three thick blue hair and two blueish eyes and the rest body mixed with ,light and dark blue and different colors types of rainbowa and thunder behind her till this time ahriman approches he was big and ugly with a very big stick with a black diamond on it elika try to combine every orginasms power and soon ahriman was sealeed after all this elika she should thanks and help then she sits in the skyAND TRY TO FIND FARAH AND GAVE THEM BOTH A RIDE SO THAT THEIR JOURNEYIS EASIER

honestly, i saved the game after the prince keeps her body on the mother's tomb and then starts cutting down all the trees and then as soon as ahrimaan eats up all in the darkness, i load the save game....and that is where i decided to end it because i do not want to put all my work of collecting lightseeds in vain by actually ending it exactly where it began, totally defeats the purpose

This was by far the most stupid game ever I've played and also i just played almost 10% of this. There is no real story behind it and it sucks , what kinda ending it this. Ubisoft disappeared me with this game.
