They kind of seem like each other from their interviews....this one is super attractive....but Ephraim was a classic beauty.

How can you just recast a major character this late in the game? Should of introduced her as a new character and have original Mandy come back for special episodes.

She's not better than or worse than Molly Ephraim, just different.

Mandy is not the only daughter recast. Oldest daughter, Kristin, was first played by Alexandra Krosney, then later replaced by Amanda Fuller in the same role. So oldest and middle child were recast, only youngest girl Eve, has remained the same, always played by Kaitlyn Dever.

I love her. Not a bad replacement. Now the new Kristin from Season 2 onwards, that was really really bad!

She could very well be a good actress but this role doesn't fit her. They did not have to recast her but oh well

@@okcman34 Not that she didn't WANT to. She thought the show was done; and had committed to other roles and projects. But it IS wacky. One moment Mandy was a diminutive (5"2") brunette, then... POW! she suddenly turned into a Amazonian (5'11") blonde!!
